  haven’t moved in yet, but the experience so far has been amazing. The staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Rose Mitchell especially has been wonderful to work with — she’s answered all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and has been so friendly and patient from the start. The whole process has felt smooth and stress-free thanks to her. Definitely a great first impression!

  We just signed for our new apartment and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rose, our leasing manager. She was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and kept us in the loop every step of the way, which made everything so much less stressful. The complex itself is absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming—exactly what we were looking for. You can really tell they take pride in maintaining the property. We’re so excited to be moving in and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live!

  I absolutely love living at 851 Brinker Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt a sense of peace that’s hard to find anywhere else. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and truly feels like a place you can relax and unwind. One of my favorite features is the pool—it’s not only beautiful but also always clean and inviting. It really adds a touch of luxury to the entire experience. Whether you’re spending time outside or just enjoying the view, it’s definitely a highlight. The business office deserves special recognition as well. The staff is incredibly organized, professional, and attentive. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference. Overall, I would give 851 Brinker Apartments a full five stars. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept community with great amenities and excellent management, this is definitely the place to be!

  I’ve enjoyed living at Eighteen51 Brinker overall, and there are definitely some strong positives that make it a good place to call home. The location is excellent being so close to the highway, shopping areas, and the Katy Trail makes daily life convenient and enjoyable. The community itself is also a highlight; residents are genuinely kind and create a friendly atmosphere. That said, there are a few areas where improvement would make a big difference. Management could be more welcoming and approachable. Creating a more positive and attentive experience for tenants would go a long way in making residents feel valued and appreciated. Small efforts in communication and customer service could really enhance the overall living experience. Additionally, the interior of the buildings could benefit from more decoration and artwork. Adding visual touches would make the spaces feel warmer and more inviting rather than plain. Parking is another concern. While I understand the need for towing policies, there simply isn’t enough parking available for residents, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, Eighteen51 Brinker is a nice community in a great location with friendly people. With a few improvements especially in management approach, interior aesthetics, and parking it could be an even better place to live.

  I've lived here for almost a year now and it's the best place I've ever lived by far. It's also the first place I've actually decided to renew a lease at! Everyone I've ever had visit loves my apartment and compliments the layout, design, and location. The units themselves are beautiful and a place you'd be proud to show off. The leasing staff are the nicest apartment staff I've ever met! They definitely make you feel welcome and like this place is truly a home. They always meet me with kindness anytime I have a random question or take a shortcut through the office when I leave in the mornings. I've never had a maintenance request, but my individual interactions with the maintenance team have all been friendly and pleasant. They have all the amenities you can need; game room, pool, dog park, office area with available computers, and (my favorite) the coffee bar. OH and my second favorite are the vending machines. I love being able to just make a quick trip downstairs for some snacks for a movie night. At some other complexes, they offer valet trash but it's a hit or miss if they actually come, but here at Eighteen51 they're there every single day they're scheduled to be so you don't have to worry about checking if your trash actually got picked up. The staff also works hard to keep the complex clean, I even saw someone zamboning the hallways yesterday. The communication here is also above and beyond. As someone with a dog, it's helpful to know when any inspections or general maintenance is happening so I can plan accordingly. They always give ample notice so you can be fully prepared. All that to say I've lived a lot of places, trying to find somewhere I felt safe, comfortable, and with a pleasant staff and I've definitely found that at Eighteen51! If you're looking for somewhere to call a home, I highly recommend Eighteen51.
