This is the most bad administration and place to live in Denton. They make you sign very unfair contracts and you will always loose. They are bad people, take care of them (and read the little letter always!!!).

My friend lives here. Parking here as a visitor, I have been towed not once but twice and payed On the road again towing a total of $600 to park in guest spaces. This is absurd. At first, I hated the towing company, but then I realized the root of the problem is Astoria, because they partner with this company to generate revenue via predatory guest towing policies. On the road again can see your guest parking registration has ended, and will tow your car immediately after the 24hours with no remorse. Parking enforcement should be to keep residents safe and remove abandoned vehicles, not charge $300 to struggling college students for utilizing spaces that are NEVER crowded when they are fully aware the vehicle was registered hours ago.
TLDR: if you are considering living here know the parking policies PERFECTLY or you will be screwed over

This place is decent at best, but their predatory towing policy is reason alone not to live here. I have spent over $600 in towing fees just for being an hour late registering a guest vehicle. It's hard not to assume management is taking a payout from the towing company. We are college students, and enforcing a rigid 'guest registration' policy when half the parking spots sit completely empty is ridiculous. They clearly have plenty of open spaces, likely because they are incapable of leasing units which isn't surprising given how poorly this place is run. Save your money and live somewhere else.
Do not be fooled by the good comments. The apartment complex did a raffle out to people who left good reviews.

Everything is old and barely working. The one good thing they had was gigabit ethernet and for some stupid reason they switched providers and now I'm not even getting 250 up and down. Genuinely aggravating when they also increased rent prices on top.
