  I've had a wonderful experience living at Astoria Denton! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I truly feel at home here and appreciate how well everything is taken care of. I'm already looking forward to living here again next year

  I recently toured this apartment community and was very impressed! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The amenities and apartment layouts were beautiful, and I could easily see myself living here. Overall, it was a great experience, and this community is definitely at the top of my list!

  I've lived at Astoria for several years and I've enjoyed my stay so much that I renewed my lease for another year when it first became available. I've had few issues, and of the ones I've had, they've all been resolved. As I've been here before the property was taken by new ownership, I've seen the staff change many times over the years, and the current staff is doing a STELLAR job! However, the leasing professional, Chanel, has been there since I first moved in 5 years ago with the previous owners, and she has managed to help me nearly every time whether it's information, questions, comments, or concerns. She knows the ins and outs of this property more than anyone. However, all of the staff are reliable and fairly quick to resolve any issues that come up! I'm happy to call this place my home for the last half decade.

  Spent a lot of time looking around the area for a place to rent out and was very happy with the tour of this location. Staff was super nice, specifically Chanel was really great at answering my questions and overall was super helpful.

  From my experience living there, it is moderate and acceptable place to live as a student. However, i had a bad experience with the office as many other residents had. They towed my car that is registered officially on the UC denton website. They never take responsibility for releasing the vehicle from impounding. One of the people who works there, Michaela Bishop is disrespectful and she see things only from her side never understands residents perceptive. Another issue you should be aware of that maintenance is very slow, it takes them months to fix a dryer. I remember the frame for front door was broken and they took more than six months to fix it until the door fell apart.
