Literally hire the worst property management and leasing agents. There’s new people in the office every time I go in. No consistency or standards. I’m being told 3 different things and then penalized for the misinformation on their side. I hope this reaches upper management and someone contacts me. I’m done dealing with the office. Brick or Brook is disgustingly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful .

I had an excellent experience touring The Enclave on Ross apartments in Del Valle. Brooke Fields, the assistant manager, made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She gave a thorough tour, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to help me with my application—making sure everything was completed before I left. I had several options for places to live, but Brooke’s professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made my decision incredibly easy. Her level of care really stood out. I’m now just waiting on my welcome home letter and couldn’t be more excited! Based on my experience, the negative reviews don’t reflect the service I received at all.
The tour that I had with Brooke, The assistant manager was great! She has a way with people and is very nice. Brooke took the time to explain the whole process and she made sure to show me all of the great amenities there at Enclave On Ross!

First I want to start by saying thank you Kimberly, Brooke, and Freddy …They have all 3 been amazing and have answered my questions and have help me with understanding things ..living here for almost 4 years we have seen a lot new management come and go and a result of their amazing hospitality and great job at making me feel comfortable we have renewed our lease …Thank you to y’all ..and y’all are greatly appreciated!!!!!
I couldn’t right another review on Hannah from the front office so I’m adding it to existing post ..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN SHE CALLED ME VERY RUDE WHEN I WALKED IN THE OFFICE AND SHE DIDNT GREET OR LOOK UP FROM HER PHONE I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH BROOK AND HER RESPONSE WAS AND YOU ARE, WHILE STILL LOOKING AT HER PHONE …AND THEN MAKING COMMENTS IN FRONT OF PEOPLE ABOUT NEEDING EXTENSION ON RENT BUT MY MINOR CHILD ALWAYS LOOKS FLY( meaning looks good) ..HANNAH CARRIES HERSELF WITH NO PROFESSIONALISM AND SUCH AN UGLY ATTITUDE…WHY IS AN ADULT WHO WORKS IN THE OFFICE MAKING COMMENTS OF OUR MINOR CHILD?? WE HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE THE BEGINNING AND I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AN UNPLEASANT PERSON ADDRESS ME FROM THAT OFFICE.. AND THE WAY SHE CALLED AND SPOKE TO ME AND GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION .. IM SURE IM NOT THE ONLY RESIDENT HAVING ISSUES…PAY ATTENTION MANAGEMENT!!!!

I was in the office in the beginning of this month to let the office know that I would be late on rent since I am unable to do the flex option for rent. The lady I that was helping told me she can take my money orders as a payment since I had most of the money for rent. She told me I have until the 15th which I just found out that isn’t the correct information that was given to me. Now I am facing eviction and scrambling around to figure out a bigger amount that I have been focused on in these two weeks. I can’t remember her name as she said it once only but I believe it started with a “H” I just don’t want to get her name wrong. The other thing that had shocked me that no one else in the office knew about my money orders even been taken. Especially with having to deal with the stress not being paid by my employer since most of us have not been paid what we are owed by TSA with all the government things going on. It is extremely unfair since I have been given the wrong information. This isn’t the first time I was given the wrong information but this is the biggest problem I have had since living at this property. I do hope that the office can help in someway even though they started the process of eviction. I am thankful for the two ladies that did help me with programming last week when I went in.
