  Jay Romani was very friendly and came and introduced herself and told me she was the new maintenance she got straight to work and fixed my garbage disposal.

  I want to thank JAY.ROMANI for her excellent maintenance service; she fixed 8 issues in my apartment in just one day. I’ve lived here for over a year, and nothing had ever been repaired before she took over—the previous person was very rude. She is fast and efficient at her job, and if anything breaks in the future, I hope to be able to count on her help. Thank you very much.

  The maintenance team at this apartment community has been great. They always respond to maintenance requests quickly and are very reliable. The supervisor Freddy does an exceptional job. Every issue I’ve had has been handled in a timely manner, and the staff is professional, friendly, and does quality work.
