  HAS TO BE THE WORST PROPERTY I’VE STAYED AT DUE TO MANAGEMENT. Constant rotation of people in the office with no customer service, communication or people skills. DO NOT MOVE HERE I hate when a property only apologies for their mistakes and faults but expects you to be understanding and patient only to turn around hold you accountable to the highest extent for simple things. Viviana constantly says she put me on the pest control list but 3 weeks straight they didn’t come but she’s “sorry” and I’m supposed to except that .NO! You all expect us to be perfect tenants so DO YOUR JOB . Short staffed , tired , busy we don’t care because y'all don’t extend the same courtesy . Kimberly the manager tried to rush me off the phone after 60 seconds before even addressing my concerns . I was calm despite the 2 lease violations within 24 hours for the exact same thing .She’s rude and clearly hates her job the way she treats residents. I asked for corporate/regional contact info and she hung up on my face. Disgusting

  I came in the front office around 4pm on 8 September to ask a question about the packages and Hanna was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Another employee was sitting there and witnessed the entire thing! When I walked out a resident walking by told me they are always rude like that! I can’t imagine the type of service they provide!

  I want to thank Jay Romani for her professionalism and friendliness. She quickly identified and fixed the issue with my garbage disposal. She also gave me helpful recommendations to prevent it from happening again. Great service, I definitely recommend her!🙂
