  Extremely disappointed with how this apartment complex handled my $99 deposit. I was denied an apartment in May 2026 and was told my deposit would be refunded. I have been contacting them since July trying to get my money back. I keep getting told the refund was mailed, but they have provided no proof that it was ever sent. I followed up again on September 8 and told them that if there was an issue with the refund, I expected them to be honest and communicate that. Since then, I’ve received zero response to emails or a call back. If this is how they handle a $99 refund, I can only imagine how they handle larger issues. Honestly, it was the best decision not to move here. Thanks for denying my application.

  Revise my review for the simple fact that I have requested multiple times for my icemaker to be fixed. They continue to close out work orders that are not completed all the way I even spoke to management to see if they could follow up. No one got back to me, which is so unprofessional. I literally have not had an ice maker since the day I moved in. This is an amenity that I pay for and wish to use yes this is minor but the fact still remains, I’m paying for something that I cannot use.

  Placed looked nice. Price was within budget. Apt requested several hundred dollars upfront for application fees and registration fees. They then asked for $100 deposit upfront. They then stated they have a department that does a credit risk based on CERTAIN things on your credit, even though I have never not paid rent and still have my truck make payments on. I know I have issues on my credit, even to much. Over 30 years of renting did not help. Apartments stated I would not be able to get my money back but would do me a favor and return my deposit. I informed them, that is not a favor but a legal requirement as I am not moving in. That conversation was over 1 month ago. They then stated it would be up to 3 weeks stating they are being is quick as possible. The check is coming from a local office. I told them I am actively looking for a new home. What if I move? They stated they could have it sent to their office at the apartment. I then would have to wait longer. I have never had an issue moving into an an apartment. BEWARE!!! JUST TRYING TO MOVE IN COULD COST SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS THAT COULD BE USED TO GET A DIFFERENT APARTMENT! I disagree that it should take @2 months to get a deposit of $100 while keeping several $100

  Update: the worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life was come here. My apt has had a leak for a whole month and I’ve gone to office so many times yet nobody has helped me. If anybody knows a good lawyer email me plz. Honestly My experience at East Ridge Apartments has been extremely disappointing. When we were looking for a place to live, the apartments were advertised to us as “luxurious.” Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment we received was far from what was promised. When they handed us the keys, the apartment was in a very dirty and unacceptable condition. The refrigerator had hair inside it and was even cracked. The microwave had leftover food in it, which was disgusting to open and see. The stove was extremely old, scratched everywhere, and did not work properly. There was also mold in the apartment that we reported immediately. Maintenance did not come until about a week later, and by that time my dad had already tried to take care of the issue himself. When maintenance finally came, they still did not fully resolve the problems. To make things worse, there were roaches in the apartment as well. This made the situation even more upsetting because the apartment clearly had not been properly cleaned or prepared for new tenants. The overall condition of the apartment was extremely disappointing. The floors were dirty, the patio was very messy and unclean, and the outside of our door clearly needed painting. There were also spiders everywhere, which made the apartment feel even more poorly maintained. We were very excited to move in because of what was promised to us, but the reality was completely different. This has been one of the worst move-in experiences I have ever had, and it was very upsetting to see how little care was taken in preparing the apartment for new residents.
