  Revise my review for the simple fact that I have requested multiple times for my icemaker to be fixed. They continue to close out work orders that are not completed all the way I even spoke to management to see if they could follow up. No one got back to me, which is so unprofessional. I literally have not had an ice maker since the day I moved in. This is an amenity that I pay for and wish to use yes this is minor but the fact still remains, I’m paying for something that I cannot use.

  Placed looked nice. Price was within budget. Apt requested several hundred dollars upfront for application fees and registration fees. They then asked for $100 deposit upfront. They then stated they have a department that does a credit risk based on CERTAIN things on your credit, even though I have never not paid rent and still have my truck make payments on. I know I have issues on my credit, even to much. Over 30 years of renting did not help. Apartments stated I would not be able to get my money back but would do me a favor and return my deposit. I informed them, that is not a favor but a legal requirement as I am not moving in. That conversation was over 1 month ago. They then stated it would be up to 3 weeks stating they are being is quick as possible. The check is coming from a local office. I told them I am actively looking for a new home. What if I move? They stated they could have it sent to their office at the apartment. I then would have to wait longer. I have never had an issue moving into an an apartment. BEWARE!!! JUST TRYING TO MOVE IN COULD COST SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS THAT COULD BE USED TO GET A DIFFERENT APARTMENT! I disagree that it should take @2 months to get a deposit of $100 while keeping several $100

  Catch and release managment. They'll bring the stars and the moon before signing. Then, they will treat you like a nuance and or a pest. Their so called valet trash service is just a scam service to get more money out you. Also, this service encourages tenants to put their trash at their apartment door way before pick up hours and or days. This becomes a health issue, a visual sore and promotes insects, flies, etc in front of your door steps. Managment only enforces easy things that don't require any efforts. Common areas walkways need to be power washed. They are always short staffed when called for repairs and or apartment service. When our washer needed service due to a knocking notice, it took them 3 months to respond. They replaced that unit with one that leaks and cannot use hot water. Again, our hallway walkways is very dirty from trash runoff. This is an apartment complex that will be a ghetto if maintenance is not upheld. Definitely not renewing our lease. Is just a countdown before we move. Its a shame, a fairly new building, nice looking, that charges premium rates will become just another slum in a few short years.
