  Don’t move here I’ve only been here for 6 days now I was shown unit that looked totally different from mines due to it “not being ready yet” I have a son that has epilepsy and gets sick easily first night in the opposite of the unit they showed me ROACHES every when mold spots inside window in in bath room mold and mildew smell coming from air conditioner causing us to get sick, I complained to office maintenance ppl came out just to do nothing but look and walk off and act like they don’t speak English smh all I heard is I come back never came back now I’ve waisted my time moving just to move again

  I cant even express how disappointed, upset and mentally exhausted I am about a property I live and pay for consistently break our lease agreement. For over a year I have not been able to receive my mail or anyone else on my side because there is a major issue with homelessness surrounding the complex and even breaking into unoccupied apartments. There is no security on the property and just this year a tenant was unalive in broad daylight by a neighbors son in the parking lot in front of residents. I listed photos below on the current state as of 9/22/2026, There is no pool here operating as in the add photo nor a canopy over two outside grills operating as photo. There are tenants here unable to receive their federal mail, checks, W2 debit cards, whatever. They are being returned back to the sender because the postmaster has sent out numerous notifications for over a year for the mailboxes to be fixed. This is my review and my truth and not only do I have the receipts backing my review. But I also have listed photos

  Our tub was flooding and the office said they would call someone, but then just got on their car and left. Don't trust this apartment they won't help and their apartments are not good.

  I just want to say thank you to Julie from the time I moved in there she’s always been so helpful and making sure I’m okay if I have a problem in my apartment she makes sure it gets done that same day she’s cares about her residents and our home she definitely needs a raise I definitely would recommend moving here thank you Julie to making this process easy for me and my family!

  DO NOT LIVE HERE! I would give it 0 stars if possible. I know the prices are low but that is for a reason. It is NOT WORTH IT! Nobody in the office cares about you or communicates with each other. If you need to get ahold of the property manager, good luck. You never will. Different office workers will give you different answers to your questions and tell you wrong information, or leave our pertinent information, which will end up costing you so much money. Maintenance requests go unanswered for months and they are often domestic disturbances on the property. Please save yourself the hassle and do not sign a lease at this complex.
