  Mold in was the bathroom an bed room manager said this apartment does not conduct mold tests. You are on your own. If you move here, I currently live here. And experiencing this right now. Please don't do it. I currently have an investigation opening app with the BBB and I just filed a complaint with the Dallas code. Enforcement, and if I do not receive any help, i'm just gonna go straight to the city and file a motion please.I understand mold is everywhere, but this is not the apartment where you will get help if you find mold in your apartment, even if you have videos pictures and proof

  THEY HAVE RATS!!!! I WARN Y’ALL!!! My family and I lived here for 6 months or a year. We had to break the lease because the apartment was full of RATS!!! I have a dog, and would buy her food but in one corner there was always a hole, because the damm rats would always rip the bag to eat the food. Not to mention, how noisy they would get at night. And on top of that they raise the water bill with no explanation. At the time I was pregnant, and the house would always stink horrible like rats. My mom would always try and keep the apartment clean, but there was no use.
