  I had a great experience here! The property is in a great location, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Sara for making the whole process so easy. She was professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making them feel comfortable. Her excellent customer service really stood out, and I highly recommend working with her if you're looking for a new place!

  I had a wonderful experience with the leasing office, thanks to Sarah. She was incredibly friendly, sweet, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel welcome, and was always patient and professional. It’s clear that she truly cares about providing great customer service. Sarah made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a positive leasing experience!

  I want to give a massive shout-out to Miguel from the maintenance team! Every time I submit a work order, he handles it quickly, professionally, and perfectly the first time around. He doesn’t just patch things up; he actually takes the time to diagnose the issue and fix it correctly so it doesn't happen again. On top of being incredibly skilled at what he does, he’s always respectful, friendly, and leaves the workspace spotless when he’s done. Having a reliable maintenance man like Miguel makes living in this apartment complex a great experience. Thank you, Miguel, for always going above and beyond!

  On the MAINTENANCE TEAM BEST YOU COULD EVER ASK FOR RESPONDS ARE AMAZING GETS THE JOB DONE GREAT TEAM OF GENTLEMEN CANT ASK FOR ANY BETTER TEAM WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOUR NEEDS. The STAFF ALL AND ALL ARE AMAZING FAST, RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL, AND VERY CARING TO ALL OF YOUR NEEDS THE RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST ARE MET AT A VERY REASONABLE TIME ALL IN ALL THE BEST STAFF YOU CAN EVER CAN ASK FOR. AMENITIES, GREAT STANDALONE STUDIO FOR THOSE WHO LIKES TO DANCE, and do YOGA GREAT GYM FEELS LIKE A PERSONAL GYM FOR THOSE, WHO LIKES TO WORK OUT ALONE. The pool in itself feels like a heated pool really grateful to swim Not entirely sure if it’s heated, but it feels like it great pool to swim, always clean and keep tidy Pool room has coffee for those who likes to drink coffee always fresh and ready to drink. It is self serve coffee bar always kept stocked. And cleaned. Also has a great just hang out And do your homework, etc. very quiet. LOCATION WISE IT IS VERY CONVENIENT AND EASY TO GET AROUND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN MAIN STREET OF DALLAS, TEXAS OTHERWISE, LOOK NO MORE FOR THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO GO WALKS OR RUN YOUR RIGHT NEXT TO THE FAMOUS KATY TRAIL THAT LEADS TO ALL SORTS OF GREAT RESTAURANTS AND BARS ALONGSIDE SIGHTSEEING. AND NO, THIS IS NOT A PAID ADVERTISEMENT. IT IS THE TRUTH. THE STAFF IS TRULY AMAZING. AND APARTMENT IN ITSELF AND LOCATION ITSELF DEFINITELY CONVENIENT FOR THOSE WHO is looking for a CENTER CULTURE AREA.
