  My experience with The Villas on Katy Trail has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. The leading officer, Yari, took possession of my driver’s license during our interaction and failed to return it. We have a flight today, and because we don’t have our IDs, we’re now at risk of missing it. To make matters worse, we’ve been waiting outside the leasing office for over two hours, but the office has remained locked. No one has answered the phone, returned our calls, or provided any way to resolve this urgent situation. Holding onto someone’s government-issued identification and then becoming unreachable is completely unacceptable. Whether this was an oversight or a failure in process, the lack of urgency and communication has turned a simple mistake into a major disruption to our travel plans. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates what happened, and implements procedures to ensure no resident or visitor has to experience something like this again. At the very least, someone should have been available to address an issue as critical as a missing driver’s license. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

  Wayyyyyyyyyy too expensive for what is offered as a complex. The location is great yes, but there’s bugs even if you’re clean they’re just living in the walls and made little communities there, water is shut off ALL the time periodically/randomly throughout the day, the amenities aren’t great by any means they just “do the job”. Internet connections are horrible no matter what carrier. I had a leak in my ceiling over my bed for over 6 months, and until I went to the city for help, it stayed unfixed. Security doors are broken half the time. Staff had changed when I lived there and probably has again since I lived there 2023-2025. But I would not recommend anyone to live there for the price it’s currently at. The only upper hand they have is location, because that indeed is great. Maintenance staff was kind though and did what they could, always appreciated them!

  I just wanted to shout out the Maintenance team, they were always on top of things while I lived here! Especially Miguel who helped me out a lot as I was transitioning out of these apartments. Thank you Miguel for all your help!

  Today I came and did the service for this location. The units w as very clean along with the property. Staff was extremely helpful and super nice. If I was looking for a place to move into this would be a prime locations.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a wonderful experience with this apartment community! The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize Sara for being so kind, professional, and attentive. She always goes above and beyond to help and makes everyone feel welcomed and valued. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
