We recently moved into Villa Piana Apartments and had such a great experience throughout the whole process. Georgette and David were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed assistance. They were very solution-oriented and made our move so much smoother and less stressful.
The complex itself is very peaceful, clean, and well maintained. We’re really happy with our experience so far and grateful for all the support we received. Highly recommend!
I Have had an Amazing Experience at Villa Piana David & Georgette make an amazing impression and team I have never seen any office management team work the way they do and I LOVE IT!!!

I took a tour of a unit and as soon as we opened the door, I was welcomed to a pile of DIRTY clothes in the middle of the kitchen. The leasing agent told me it was because another tenant was using the washer and dryer in the unit on the market. That was very abnormal and strange. Why would you be showing an apartment to someone while another tenant is in there doing laundry??
Make sure you get a real number of what their income requirements are because I was told my wages were fine and even showed them my checking/savings which had enough to pay a few months rent up front. I was told I met requirements and to apply.
The amenities are cool but I toured 2 units and they could put more into upgrades for the aging units instead of making sure the lobby has varieties of tea and coffee flavors. The closets look like they’re in the 80s and I was told the building is only 18 years old. The balconies on the units I toured need some work done.
I applied with their property company, showed them my job security, my wages from my primary job that was enough to cover rent, and bank statements showing a safety net as a potential tenant and guess what? Richdale rejected me due to not enough earnings. Being honest and having verifiable earnings these days isn’t enough anymore. I have strong rental history with no evictions, debts, or complaints. My current place doesn’t even want me leave after being there over 6 years so I can back up what I’m coming with.
I’m giving them a one star (zero if I could) because after my off putting tour, I was asked by the leasing agent, David, to rate this place 5 stars even though my application was denied after. I only applied because he said I met requirements and no longer communicated with me after denial to see if we can get, if anything, a “conditional agreement” based on deposit. No response from Richdale either.
It’s a cute property but it’s clear they’re more so focused on keeping a certain image because I definitely call discrimination with my experience.
It’s very telling when a business has to ask customers and potential customers to leave 5-star reviews.
I only came in for a tour, but I have to give credit to Georgette in the office. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and it’s clear she takes real pride in her work and genuinely cares about the residents. The apartments although nice didn’t feel like home to me, it gave hotel vibes.
