  David, the leasing manager I met with is FABULOUS! He is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and super helpful (and friendly!)!!! The property is STUNNING! The pool, the public areas, the gym, the courtyard. I was blown away. And, while the property was built in 2009, all of the units have been renovated. Be sure to check out this family-owned property.

  I’ve had a great experience at Villa Piana! The management team is amazing and always very attentive and responsive whenever you need anything. They genuinely care about the residents and make you feel heard and taken care of. Definitely a great place to call home!

  Certain people are blasting the call to prayer in a hallway or courtyard And blocking lobby, treating common areas like private space. In addition, many people live here are very rude - they act rude in common areas , dog or human poop around trash Shute ( stink the whole area ) , parking garage speeding and reckless driving , hallway dog fight and unleashed dog charging at people, courtyard raving , yelling, drinking and smoking.

  Though I didn't get the chance to meet other staff, if David and Georgette are any indication of the staff here, you're in good hands checking out Villa Piana! They were both helpful, responsive, and addressed my questions and concerns before I even visited the property to ensure this is what I was looking for.   Mrs. Georgette was such a joy she made my experience so much better on the apartment tour. There were atleast 6 apartments I looked at that whole weekend but she made those the best thing ones I experienced. I really did like the apartment set up too love and how the mall is literally across the street
