  Pésima experiencia viviendo acá. No veo la hora de irme. Desde que me mudé a este apartamento el aire no funciona correctamente, van 7 meses y no me lo solucionaron nunca a pesar de las múltiples peticiones. Hace aproximadamente 2 meses estoy reportando reparaciones que hay que hacer en el apartamento, el piso se está levantando y simplemente no vienen ni responden. He escrito múltiples correos, todos los ignoran, jamás responden. Fui directamente a la administración y me dijeron que lo debía hacer por una aplicación, lo hice y tampoco nunca vinieron. Llevo 2 meses rogando que reparen las cosas y simplemente no envían a nadie de mantenimiento. Me cobran el pest control en mi factura y llevo más de 2 meses rogando porque vengan a fumigar, porque pese a que enviaron unas cuantas veces (hace casi 2 meses) siguen apareciendo. El condominio tiene problemas de cucarachas, los apartamentos son muy viejos.. escribo y les ruego que envíen al pest control QUE ESTOY PAGANDO y simplemente no lo hacen. Mucha negligencia, no solucionan tus problemas. No recomiendo vivir acá para nada, contando los días para largarme de este pésimo servicio!

  La oficina y mantenimineto es muy amiable. No e tendon singing problema con ladies de ellos. Me gusta mi apartmento

  If I could give negative stars I would. Roach infested apartments! Whatever they use to bomb the place doesn’t work. Maintenance does a half ass job and leave a mess on top of that. No real person answers the phone it’s very rare that they do. You have to go in person to be heard! And even then sometimes office is closed for their 2 hour lunch break and they leave early. Pool is constantly closed even on the hottest days of the year and when asked they always give excuses. Now supposedly they clean the pool twice a week but it’s rally open one day a week. Why are we paying for amenities that we can’t even use?! Laundry room is trashed and have the machines don’t even work. Residents here also just suck and have no respect for the property, they treat the parking lot like their own personal mechanic shop, people walk their dogs and don’t pick up the dog feces. They leave trash outside on their patios for days till maggots come out. And the residents also don’t know how to throw trash away in the dumpster, they just leave it next to the dumpster. Playground is full of dog feces as well and is run down. I wouldn’t let my kid tough that playground with a 10 ft pole. Lastly, parking can get horrific because it’s first come first serve but on the weekends people invite family over and take up all the parking. I’m ready to leave these ghetto apartments

  Tuve que cancelar mi aplicación porque me moví de trabajo. Las de la oficina son muy atentas y siempre listas para ayudar.

  Los apartamentos están muy bien cuidados. Mantenimiento es el mejor y la oficina esta siempre dispuestos a ayudar
