  I’ve been living in these apartments for almost a year, and I genuinely can’t wait for my lease to be over. At this point, I’ve realized that for the same price, you can find a much larger place with significantly better amenities. One of the biggest issues is the washing machine it’s extremely small. You can barely fit anything in it, and washing something like a blanket is simply impossible. It doesn’t fit, and the machine won’t even close properly because of how tiny it is. The shower has also been a constant problem. It gets dirty very quickly and develops this pink slime (which is likely bacteria) almost immediately. It was already there when we moved in, and no matter how often I clean it almost daily it keeps coming back. Parking is another nightmare. There are never enough spots available. I often have to park far from my unit because there’s simply no availability nearby everything is always completely full. The elevators are both unreliable and poorly maintained. They break down frequently about every couple of weeks and residents are forced to use the stairs. On top of that, cleanliness in the elevators is often unacceptable, which makes the situation even worse. We also had ongoing electrical issues the breakers kept tripping over and over again. I had to constantly reset them myself for weeks before maintenance finally fixed it. And even getting maintenance to come out takes time, since you have to submit requests and wait, which can be very frustrating. On top of all that, for the past two days there have been constant fire alarm or sprinkler system tests going on. The alarm has been going off for hours literally from around 8 AM to 6 PM, almost nonstop. I understand that safety systems need to be tested, but this level of noise for this long is completely unreasonable. It creates an extremely stressful environment. My pets are terrified they’ve been panicking and crying for hours because of the constant noise. It’s honestly impossible to stay inside the apartment when this is happening. I’ve had to leave or sit outside just to get away from the sound. I’ve lived in several other apartment complexes before, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Multiple days of nonstop alarm testing like this is excessive and very disruptive. Overall, this place is simply not worth the money. I would not recommend it.

  Don’t like how things run here dog run is infested with poop the elevators get peed in by animals days to clean up fire alarms going off all day for few days already what if people work from home so just forget about what we’re doing with our personal life the only good thing here is general maintenance elevator maintenance sucks a elevator always is down every week or every other week parking is full to the 7th floor and mind you I live in the 4th so I have to park at the 7th because it’s so full with abandoned cars and cars that aren’t supposed to be here it’s ridiculous

  Have lived here for almost two years. I have no complaints so far. It is quiet, the fire alarm rarely goes off, it's conveniently located, it's clean, the maintenance team is great! Any time I've needed a repair, they've been super quick to respond and fix the issue. Big shoutout to Milton for always being helpful and professional. More importantly, I feel safe and everyone is nice. I would definitely recommend living here.
