  The front desk and cleaning staff have been excellent, attentive and responsive, but I do not feel that way about the new management. • The elevator has been down for over a month, with wait times surpassing 8 minutes some mornings • The garage door is broken and has been left open for weeks, raising security concerns • Hallway floors are visibly stained and dirty • The trash chute smells strongly of garbage, which is noticed from the hallways • Water frequently has a sewage-like smell • There have been roaches in the gym • AC in the lobby and amenity floor recently went out • Lack of community events or anything offered to residents, despite advertised • Since new management, the building is now doing short-term rentals and “hotel style” units Lastly, management is essentially non-responsive. It’s pretty wild that I have to go collect business cards in the lobby just to ensure that my emails are being received. The concierge and cleaning staff clearly care about residents, but I don’t believe management does.

  Two stars, both for the front desk staff. The concierge team is genuinely great and the best part of living here. Everything else has slipped badly under the new ownership. Building basics are unreliable. An elevator (1 of 2) has been out almost a month. The garage door is stuck in the “up” position, defeating the whole point of a secure garage. Add lost power in common areas, gas outages, water that smells like sewage in the unit, and messy utility billing with additional fees just to pay rent. Maintenance staff is nice, but improvements are lacking from management: stained hallway floors, a trash chute that makes the halls smell like garbage, uncleaned gym equipment, worn cabinets, etc. The amenities don’t justify the price. Management chases new tenants instead of taking care of current ones. Our renewal said it all. They sent an offer letter, ignored our reply for weeks, then responded right before our 60-day deadline with rates higher than their own written offer and no concession. Great location, great front desk. But there are better options in this area right now.

  Uptown by Onni is absolutely amazing, everytime you enter the building you are greeted by the friendliest staff. Each person that works in this building goes above and beyond to say hello and inquire about your day, your life, your stay, your happiness. They get to know you on a personal level and treat you like a family member. The location is very walkable to anything you need. You are steps away from restaurants, bars, stores, and my favorite The Katy Trail ! The gym in the building is fantastic, but if you crave group classes - that is also only a short walk away. We also have enjoyed the pool and grills. I can go on and on about how much I’ve loved it here - The Onni Staff has really gone above and beyond!

  Best apartment ever! Thank you Alex for always being so helpful and quick! The best concierges! Always nice and clean because they have the best staff!
