  When it comes to dedication to work and customer experience, I wou give more than 5 star rsting to Angel for jow much of help he has been on my application. He was helpful from my entrance into the leasing office. I have no doubt in my upcoming experience at the apartment to be a gpod and enjoyable one. Angel truly replicates his name in terms of hospitality, hard work and customer relations!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Place to Live! I have been living at Tuscany Square Apartments, North Dallas, for almost 1.5 years, and my experience has been excellent. I hope to continue living here for as long as I stay in Dallas. The community is very peaceful, quiet, and comfortable, making it a wonderful place to call home. One of the best things about this apartment community is the quick and reliable maintenance team. They respond promptly to service requests and always do a great job. The swimming pool is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the entire property is kept neat. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, Tuscany Square Apartments offers a safe, relaxing environment with excellent maintenance, great amenities in best price and a welcoming community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live in North Dallas.

  Very satisfied with the apartment and their service. My leasing agent, Angel was very professional and considerate, and always kept a positive energy which made it easy to ask questions and share my concerns. At the initial visit to the property, I had expressed my concern with cleanliness since this was an issue with my past apartment. I had asked how exactly the carpeted floor would be cleaned before move-in. He had explained and ensured it would be deep-cleaned. To my surprise, Angel had remembered this after 2 months and had the carpet cleaned precisely before the move-in date. I did not expect my needs to be taken care of in such a thoughtful way let alone have little things like this remembered. I rarely encounter someone who carry such level of professionalism and thoughtfulness and is ready + happy to help. Very grateful.

  Lo de la piscina es un desorden.para las personas que vivimos aquí, y que los parqueos están cerca a la piscina.todo el tiempo hay personas ajenas al complejo llegando a bañarse esto parece una piscina pública. Ayer me tocó parquear en otro sitio porque la persona que ocupo me parqueo nunca llegó!! Eso puede terminar en un problema y de paso me arriesgo a que la grúa se lleve mi carro
