  This is the absolute worst apartment company I have ever experienced in my whole life. If you are questioning renting here or working with them DO NOT. My apartment burned down. BURNED DOWN. They had a fire in their laundry room and it affected me and at least 5 other tenants. They have not been helpful at all and simply do not care. All of my stuff is destroyed and they are trying to put me in a different more expensive unit and increase my rent. All these people care about is money and have no sympathy or empathy at all. Do not live here. Do not work for this company. Do not have to do anything with them if you do not have to. Also Matthew is absolutely horrible. He is so rude and mean. Every conversation with him left me feeling uncomfortable and I am honestly shocked he still has a job working with people as I do not know anyone who had ever had a positive experience with him.

  This place is horrible. I go frequently to visit my girlfriend, a tenant, and the parking procedures are particularly infuriating. They have towed my car multiple times, including once where I registered my car through their register2park software (which, I understand, is directly owned by the towing company), then returned the following evening. I simply forgot to renew my "visitor pass", and capital tow got my car a mere fifty-seven minutes after the pass expired. This is profoundly predatory. They also turn off the water with no notice whatsoever, and give no information as to when it will be turned back on. Everyone should avoid this place like the plague.

  Was an amazing experience, the units I saw were a bit smaller than what I was looking for. The office manager Matthew is super helpful! He’s kind and friendly. I wish he worked for my current apartments, he’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you matter! Thank you for the experience!

  Great customer service I spoke to Yosmery Castro about renting at this complex she was very patient & informative. Answer all our questions as well Matthew walked us around the complex and showed us an example of what we are looking to rent ! Totally recommend coming by and getting a great deal at this complex !
