  Tom Spaniel did a wonderful job helping my fiancé and I lock in the best possible rate we could get considering the high interest rates we are currently experiencing. They were also on top of everything and really made the process so much easier on us especially when with the one or 2 road blocks we encountered. I couldn’t recommend anyone better than them when it comes to mortgages and refinancing.

  Where to start with Tom? This is the second time I have used Tom for a home loan. I have purchased several other homes and by far he has been the best. We used a VA loan which sometimes can be a little tricky but Tom just blew it out of the water! Tom is extremely dedicated to getting you the best deal. He communicates like none other in the business and knows what he is doing. He was always happy to help whenever we had a question or concern and was very prompt at replying which helped with the stress. I hope to never have to use Tom again, only because this will be my last move (yeah right) but if I do, I won’t use anyone else but Tom. I appreciate your help beyond measures!
