  Speaking on our lease renewal, Mr. Jarius was a pleasure to connect with. He keeps it real, keeps it professional, and definitely is very knowledgeable and informative on .matters concerning just about anything about and within the complex.

  We have lived here 1 year 6 months very quiet community .. wish they did more group activities but we have new management who seem to communicate more .. one suggestion would be for residents to be able to use the club house for fun stuff .. like pool table .. or use for parties .. Maintance Patrick is the best he's been here the longest .. very affordable.. just wish more parking if u come in late you have to park on other side of property ..

  We rented an apartment for our college student at this complex. They have convinced me that apartment renting is one of the biggest underground criminal activities I have ever witnessed. They don't answer the phone until you have called at least 12 times, the nickle and diming of fees are atrocious, valet trash is a joke and they kept fining him for leaving his trash can out. The trash can belonged to a neighbor and he had to take a video to prove it because no one believed him in the office. My son was charged an extra $300 for missing the lease move out notice by 1 week. Then told if he handed in the keys early (although rent was already paid for the month June) he'd be charged an early termination fee. What in the world is wrong with this picture? This industry needs a lot more oversight and regulation because they are ripping people off. Trust and believe I will be writing the state, BBB and who ever else will listen because something needs to change. Although I may not be able to do something different for my situation hopefully my complaints to the state will help someone else. Utter nonsense.
