  Kyle is our new manager here at the Lakes.. does an excellent job.. takes care of any problems in a fast and efficient manner..The Lakes staff, maintenance men, and landscapers, make this a great place to call home.

  My name is Steve. I want to give a big shout out to The Lakes crew! We just had a winter storm with lots of sleet leaving the entry ways to the Apartments very slippery and dangerous so I called maintenance and they sent a crew of guys over to break up the large sheets of ice and remove it! Now it's safe! These guys are great! Thanks guys! Five Stars for a job well done!

  When I paid and sent my housing application to the Village, they denied me from renting a property according to policies not clearly stated in my application’s Terms and Conditions. Even after I explained to them my confusion about their “Policy”, they were not helpful to me in our communication, and I had to look for another apartment. What a shame!

  I love this apartment because of the location and social events that for years they have had. I enjoy seeing the ducks, squirrels and turtles when I go on walks by the lake. And overall a very pleasant peaceful Experience. The apartments are spacious and straight forward. Walls do have texture, the kitchen is slim and would prefer hardwood floors over carpet, But overall great place.
