  Used to be a great deal, not anymore, just old units where they jack up the rent at the end of every lease.

  The laundry rooms have been completely shut down for over a year, and nothing has been done to fix them. Many tenants have raised concerns, but they continues to give the same excuse about “they are ordering new machines.” After months of hearing the same thing with no results, it’s clear that this issue is not being taken seriously. It’s unacceptable for a property of this size to neglect such a basic necessity.

  Moved out almost 4 months ago and still have not gotten my $2,000 refund deposit check. Admin team has made multiple mistakes and gave false statements in terms of when I will receive my refund check. I offered to come by and pick it up the check but they say to wait since they already sent the check out. 3 weeks later still nothing in the mail. Something needs to be changed about the Village check processes. Still have not gotten a single dollar yet after moving out in January and it is now April.
