  Carolyns Review................. I absolutely LOVE their Chef's Garden here at The Drey Apartments in The Village. It is absolutely gorgeous! Now there's plenty more to see and learn about this community. However, what I witnessed personally just the other day. Was just short, of mesmerizing. As I was walking around, checking things out. I came across what seemed to be an actual garden inside of two sections of iron gates. As I began to look more closely. Yes, indeed it was a garden. I was so excited. I had to take pictures. The display of vegetables and the combination of flowers within each different raised garden bed, were magnificent! They made for such a lovely atmosphere. More importantly, the pictures that I was able to take I have included here within my review. This property alone, is beautifully landscaped to begin with. So, as you can imagine. Seeing this beautifully planned enclosure and display of veggies and flowers to compliment each. Well, needless to say, I was without words for a brief moment. I know that if any of you choose to visit and move here. You will agree 100%! The entrance to each building at this property have a different them. Which are individually...... Genius! Setting the tone for each section of its space in the mix of things. Each building also includes underground parking as well as outside uncovered parking. Scooting on over to the entertainment side of the property. From what I could see. They have Sand Volleyball, a Large Pool, Basketball, and much more. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this area. If not only for the lovely view. It is something to be seen for sure. Check it out!!!!!!!!!!

  ***** Outstanding Service and Support I cannot say enough great things about Kaylee at The Village Drey. From the very beginning of our apartment search and leasing process, she went far above and beyond what we expected. Since we were renting from out of town, we had countless questions, concerns, and logistics to manage, and Kaylee was there every step of the way. She was also willing to work in conjunction with my realtor. Kaylee was always responsive, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer every question thoroughly and guiding us through the lease process with professionalism and care. What truly set her apart was the willingness to help with details that extended well beyond her job responsibilities. She personally ensured that our furniture delivery was received properly, kept an eye out for our internet modem delivery, and stayed in communication through multiple phone calls to make sure everything was handled smoothly before our arrival. Kaylee’s dedication, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping us made what could have been a stressful long-distance move a seamless experience. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about residents and is willing to go the extra mile in every aspect of the process. We are incredibly grateful for all her assistance and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional customer service. Thank you, Kaylee, for making our transition so easy and welcoming!

  We just moved here on May 1st. We love it here so much, and we have worked with Kaylee Harris since the 2nd week of March. With most of the questions we had in the past, Kaylee responded immediately! And again, as soon as we got here, with any little things or concerns, Kaylee was on top of it. Her communication was outstanding. Overall, living here is like staying at a 5-star resort. At this point, we don't want to move again. Thank you, Kaylee!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very beginning, Kaylee has been absolutely incredible! My husband and I were preparing for a major move from Minnesota to Texas, and naturally we had what felt like a million questions. We first toured The Village of Dallas back in October and didn’t officially move in until April 30th, yet throughout that entire process Kaylee was there every step of the way. She answered countless questions about the community and our unit, and made what could have been a stressful long-distance move feel so much easier. No matter how many questions we had, she was always patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. What impressed me most was that her support didn’t stop once we signed the lease. The day we arrived after our long drive from Minnesota, Kaylee personally met us in the office, walked us through everything we needed to know, handed over our keys, and even walked us to our apartment. It felt less like moving into an apartment and more like being welcomed home. Now that we’ve been here for about six weeks, she continues to be amazing. Whenever we have a question, she’s quick to respond and always greets us with a smile. She truly makes residents feel valued and cared for. Beyond Kaylee, we’ve been incredibly happy living at The Village of Dallas. We genuinely love living here and find ourselves appreciating the community more every day. Any time we’ve had a minor question or maintenance request, the team has been remarkably responsive. Maintenance has addressed issues quickly, and the office staff has always been helpful and easy to reach. Moving halfway across the country can be stressful, but The Village of Dallas—and especially Kaylee—made the transition seamless. We are so grateful for the warm welcome and exceptional service. If you’re considering living here, our experience has been outstanding.
