  DO NOT lease with these apartments, it’s been one thing after another. I’m currently living here & there’s so many issues I had put request to get things fixed and get told they can’t do anything about it & if they do it’s the bare minimum. First off summer time here you’re getting cooked in your own apartment because a/c isn’t working after multiple requests all maintenance did was put Freon & hope for the best- that they couldn’t do much else mind you I keep it at 70-73 and all day it’s been reading that it’s 81 degrees in here tbh feels more like 90 degrees & I have a 3 month old baby suffering under this heat as well!! Another thing is water shut offs at random & very few times management will send out a email to even tell you & it’s always last minute, talking about they’re fixing a leak after multiple times you would think this leak would get fixed by now?! Months with just cold & no warm or hot water… to top it off infestation of roaches, gnats, & ants all throughout the apartments because my neighbors as well been experiencing the same thing to where the bugs are coming from the openings/holes inside the apartment that are inside cabinets or under sinks that they forgot to seal up/patch also coming through the pipes & when pest control comes (& that’s if they do) all they put is gel bait in some areas & call it a day. It does absolutely nothing to fix the problem, I’m sick of living here & the fact my newborn baby is living under these conditions is crazy.

  I came in yesterday met Miss Renee and she answered me with a friendly smile. I came in today again and she was there. I was very satisfied with the service I got.

  I currently live in the upgraded apartments for The Vance! I love it 🥰 the new balconies, the new outside panels and the maintenance people are so nice and timely with the tickets! Such a great place to be and it’s a great price!!

  I understand they’re having a management transition and undergoing upgrades/construction, but the maintenance and management teams could be better. No one answers the phone at the office, it’s all automated with AI. Maintenance is hit or miss; they either respond to the request the same or next day, or not at all, and another work order has to be made. I feel like urgent matters such as water damage or faulty appliances need to be prioritized. Also, they randomly raised the rent and gave no explanation as to why, and the amount they raised it to was never updated with the lease. It’s a decent community, but they need to be better.

  Actualmente vivo en estos apartamentos pero los que están pensando mudarse aquí les voy ahorrar estrés , malos momentos ok. No se muden aquí porque siempre pasa algo y la administración simplemente dice no se no se … las piscinas llevan cerradas dicen que están arreglando pero nunca se ven arreglos simplemente las tienen de adornos y mienten cuando uno llega a aplicar diciendo que si funciona y todo y después te salen con otra cosa. Hace unos meses me rompieron el vidrio del carro y los de seguridad nunca hicieron un reporte de lo sucedido estando ellos en el lugar, ahora esta nueva administracion simplemente se lava las manos y cuando les conviene mandan correos o mandan papeles a la puerta para notificar algo… estos apartamentos son una porqueria con razon tienen muchos apartamentos vacios y la zona ni que hablar pense que era bonito pero luego me di cuenta lo peligroso que es ! No se muden a estos apartamentos váyanse a otro lugar mas seguro y donde si te tengan empatia con uno.
