  It's not often you get intentional and warm customer service these days due to AI replacing so much of human interaction, so I really appreciate the genuine help and intentionality of the management/leasing team here! I fully recommend!

  Jessica is a true gem! I love the modern look of the property being renovated into apartment homes instead of wasted space and sitting empty. Jessica has been very helpful & a delight to work with! I can't wait to see my new space.

  If I could give 0 stars I would property responds slow and is very unprofessional leasing agents that works under a manager that is hardly ever at the property. Application fees were paid and leasing says the screening company never received payment, how when I received a receipt showing fees were paid, I sent the receipt by email for proof then was asked to stop in the office… NO.. I don’t need the run around after providing the receipt! They barely answer the phone! Then I learned the property was an old hotel just remodeled lol this place is a SCAM! Do not waste your time there are several apartments much nicer in the area! You’ll be paying apartment rent at a HOTEL! You might as well book a month at a Motel 6!
