  First off sales rep Jessica is great!! The apartments are up and coming so you have to be patient with the front office, only complaint i have is that they say the first 6 weeks are free but its really spread out over three months, which is false advertisement so you'll still have to pay a balance the first month..... other than that its a great location ,everything is within a 15 min drive for me.

  Tasha has been an absolute help throughout this entire process. Since this is my first apartment, navigating everything on my own was initially a little overwhelming and honestly scary, especially when it came to getting in contact with the office and making sure my concerns were being heard. As soon as Tasha became aware of my concerns, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and communicative. She made me feel heard and reassured throughout the process, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me. I’m moving in soon, and I’m so excited to finally meet her in person and see my new home! Thank you, Tasha, for making this experience so much easier and more comfortable for me. ❤️

  By their only being 2 ladies working an entire building by theirselves, trying to open up a new apartment complex, I think they did exceptional job, and also, they were very fluent with me. And very hopeful.\n Sometimes it might have been a little struggle because of The Times that they're opening up their place, but if you call them and email them, they get back with you as soon as they can, I haven't never had any problem with them, also They helped my client get into his apartment and he loves it and they also still been very helping with everything and all the stress that I see that they're going through, but they did it all you have to do is give it time and work. Because it was only 2 of them and whoever the corporate people are need to give them a bonus and a free dinner\n So if you're trying to get into these apartments, I highly recommend you so if you need a one or a 2 bedroom apartment, these are nice, quiet and spacious and enough to accommodate you, so don't give up.   Please Don’t waste your time applying at the apartment complex. The lady in the office (Jessica) doesn’t return phone calls or email. I have been scheduled 2 different time for a tour on both occasion no one has been in the office for the showing. Everything is ran by AI and they/she aren’t complaining to what it schedules. Office hours say from 9-530. I sat in the parking lot from 9 till after 10am. Not a soul in sight but maintenance. Which he is not nice either. While waiting i met another gentleman wait for the office to open. Said he has been waiting over 2 weeks for a response. I will be contacting the better business bureau on today. This is bad management!
