I normally don't write reviews, but my time living here has been horrible. To start, when I was applying, they constantly had be fill multiple forms of the same paperwork. Once I submitted the paperwork, they would call me to inform me that they had either lost the paperwork or had given me the wrong form. This should have been a hint that I shouldn't have lived here, but nevertheless, here we are.
Since I have moved in, the front office has done nothing to make living here worth it. For example, in late November of 2021, a leak from a pipe from the bathroom above my apartment caused the ceiling in my bathroom to collapse. I put in a maintenance request, which was marked as completed the same day, and had to wait for a week before someone showed up to look at the leak. They repaired the leak, but said it would take another in order to repair the ceiling. I was forced to move out temporarily, as my bathroom was not usable. I called every few days to ask about when my apartment would be fixed, and I was ensured that they would be "right on it". After weeks of waiting, my apartment was fixed in late December, one month after the leak had started.
Most recently, my air conditioner had started leaking on March 6th. I put in a maintenance request, which was instantly marked as completed, and again had to wait another week for maintenance to come look at it. The leak go so bad that the panel for the air conditioner had fallen. They fixed the panel, but the leaks still continue to this day (3/29). I have since put in multiple maintenance requests regarding the leak, but they all get marked as completed without anyone looking at it. When I call the front office, they say they will "get someone right on it", but it has been nearly a month and this problem is still happening.
TO SUMMARIZE: Don't move here. It's not worth the hassle, especially since they have increased the price of rent by over $250 since I have moved in here 8 months ago. They're only interested in getting people stuck in a lease, and they do not care about their residents.
