  DO NOT lease with these apartments, it’s been one thing after another. I’m currently living here & there’s so many issues I had put request to get things fixed and get told they can’t do anything about it & if they do it’s the bare minimum. First off summer time here you’re getting cooked in your own apartment because a/c isn’t working after multiple requests all maintenance did was put Freon & hope for the best- that they couldn’t do much else mind you I keep it at 70-73 and all day it’s been reading that it’s 81 degrees in here feels more like 90 degrees because of this my electricity bills has been high & I have a 3 month old baby suffering under this heat as well!! Another thing is water shut offs at random & very few times management will send out a email to even tell you & it’s always last minute, talking about they’re fixing a leak after multiple times you would think this leak would get fixed by now?! Months with just cold & no warm or hot water… to top it off infestation of roaches, gnats, & ants all throughout the apartments because my neighbors as well been experiencing the same thing to where the bugs are coming from the openings/holes inside the apartment that are inside cabinets or under sinks that they forgot to seal up/patch also coming through the pipes & when pest control comes (& that’s if they do) all they put is gel bait in some areas & call it a day. It does absolutely nothing to fix the problem, I’m sick of living here & the fact my newborn baby is living under these conditions is crazy.

  Mrs Buffy Walkins is an amazing person who took initiative and proactively helped me to expedite my moving to a new apartment in an urgent basis. She truly cared about my situation. Mrs Buffy is a great listener, extremely patient, made me feel welcomed and generated all the positive outcomes for my move in to be pretty smooth, efficient & convenient. My lease with previous landlord expired in July 27th. I requested a transfer in timely manner prior of the expiration date of my lease and my landlord kept delaying my transfer to a new unit for almost two months if I would’ve not have moved to a new apartment. The studio where I used to stay the AC was not working, all my belongings had been packed for a month and my previous landlord just did not make the accommodations for me to transfer to a new unit in a timely manner as promised at the end of June, and I could not wait another until the end of August to get a transfer to a new unit. When I met Mrs Buffy and told her about my situation, she truly took care of me and made me feel home. Mrs Buffy Walkins is your agent to find solutions in an urgent basis and yet make you feel you’re home and welcomed 🙂.

  I can’t say enough great things about this apartment community! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the amazing staff. Everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about both the residents and new people looking to make this their home. I especially want to recognize the apartment managers, Buffy and Bunny. They are twin sisters, and they are truly incredible people. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care for others made a lasting impression on me. They take the time to explain even the smallest details, making sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. You can tell they love what they do and want the very best for everyone who walks through their doors. Their positive attitudes and God-centered values shine through in the way they treat people—with respect, compassion, and encouragement. It’s refreshing to meet managers who make you feel like more than just another applicant or resident. I truly appreciate everyone here for welcoming people with open arms and giving their best effort every single day. Thank you, Buffy and Bunny, and the entire staff, for creating such a wonderful community. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place where you’ll feel valued, respected, and right at home.

  New management and they still can’t answer the phone when I need assistance and have to drive just to go to their office. Last management was like that too. Nothing’s changed

  I recently moved into The Linden (Bentley), and I want to give a special thank you to Renee for making the entire process so smooth and stress-free. From the first tour to move-in day, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, funny, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right apartment.
