  The new manager - Loretta "Stands on business" she is about her residence, and making things better for the good of her apartment community!! If something is not right, and if its not working she will get her maintenance team on it. She very easy to speak with and she's very understanding to each, and every situation. Thank 😊 you again.

  if i could leave less than 1 star i would. moving in last year was an issue in and of itself- they kept delaying the move in date without prior notice of maintenance issues but still expected us to pay the full rent, the dishwasher had old nasty water in it that was brown bc it didn’t drain, the shelves in the closets were broken and none of the outlets worked. throughout my time there, the toilets would routinely not flush, maintenance said they fixed it each time but it continued to happen, the dishwasher stopped working and maintenance wouldn’t fix it, and after the change in management there were issues with parking and rent payment that they did not disclose. moving out was its own issue, though registered my car still got towed, they never reply to emails nor pick up the phone, if you go into the office in person they say they cannot help- they did not disclose that the cars need to be registered through the towing company instead of the rental portal until AFTER cars were towed (with no support to those affected) and did not document the termination of my lease even though i emailed in march and filled out a paper form in may. their email and phone is both run by this AI support team that won’t actually transfer the call or information which only leads to more frustration throughout the process horrible, would not recommend, there’s better and other places in dallas that you should look into instead of considering this complex edit to respond to comment: no one picks up so they phone number is effectively useless
