  Do not rent here – run. I wanted to give this place a chance, but it’s been one nightmare after another. When I signed my lease what I was told would be my monthly rent after fees increased to an additional $200! On top of that, residents have no parking, you would get home and have absolutely zero parking space. The water bill is ridiculously high, not being in the apartment doesn’t make a difference you still get billed a high ridiculous price with no explanation and when you call the office they will say “there is nothing we can do about it” obviously there is something wrong, Roaches are everywhere. The AC barely works, and the bearings in the unit are so bad the grinding noise keeps me up all night. The worst part? I called emergency maintenance, and the guy refused to come because he “doesn’t know who I am.” He then accused me of lying about my apartment number. So in an emergency, you’re on your own. Save yourself the money and the stress. Don’t move here.

  Been here for about a month and a half, wanted to wait to review so that I had some time to observe. Starting with the move in, everything was very matter of fact in nature and quick. Daniela in the leasing office was very prompt and responsive with everything regarding the initial lease signing and requirements. The emails were very easy to understand and helped me set up energy, cable etc without hitch. Same goes for the key pick up, in under 2 weeks time it was time to move in. On the day of the move everything was going smoothly, but I did notice that the air wasn’t working. If it wasn’t the middle of summer I probably wouldn’t have made a fuss but since it was, I needed it corrected which maintenance did promptly , so I was pleased at the end of the day. As the days went on I did notice a few things that stood out to me, one being how absolutely horrendous lighting was within the breeze ways and how filthy they were. I spent a total of 5 hours degreasing, sweeping & disinfecting just the area in front of my apartment. It was gross. But outside of that everything else has been great. I haven’t run into any pest problems and every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been resolved Within a few days. I love the community and think that if the outside was better maintained there wouldn’t be reason for anything besides 5 stars. ✨

  Don’t do business with this apartment complex the never gave me an update about my application and refused to give me my deposit back.

  Just met with Brian here at The Hamptons and he was very nice, very personable and very accommodating. He showed me a unit which I love already and was very straightforward about pricing, parking and accommodations. The visit was quick which I loved and hopefully I will be calling The Hamptons home very soon!! 🤗
