- JGJohennys GarroMay 24, 20261.0Si estás planeando buscar tu nuevo hogar no te recomiendo en lo absoluto estos apartamento, estuve viviendo en este conjunto de apartamentos por 2años y 6meses, y no fue la mejor experiencia, y aún así ya si vivir ahí, los muy abusadores me están cobrando 700$ por el cambio completo de toda la alfombra por que a según ellos estaba toda manchada, les voy a dejar foto del estado de la alfombra cuando entregue el apartamento, cabe acotar que durante todo el tiempo q vive ahí nunca me ofrecieron limpieza de alfombra, cuando ya me faltaba pocos meses para renovar el segundo contrato les pedí pintar la tina y me dijeron que debía esperar renovar el contrato para pintarla. Y por último pero no menos importante debo recordarles que cuando recibí el apartamento en una esquina del clóset la alfombra estaba dañada les solicité que repararan eso y ellos solo me dijeron que de esa alfombra ya no tenían disponible y por lo tanto así la dejaron, y entonces ahora yo si debo pagarles por el cambio de alfombra de todo el apartamento me parece un total abuso, así que piensen bien antes de vivir en estos apartamentos. The Hamptons no los recomiendo
