  If I could provide 0 stars on this property I would. The property itself is nice, but the residence team and the AI support system is horrible. Part I-My initial experience was a good tour, move in special, one month free. etc. All the things you look for when seeking a place to stay. Now, I must say in the midst of getting to my move in date we had a death in the family and I needed to change the date. It was at this moment it begin to go downhill. I called to ask if the date could be changed and was advised yes. As it came time to move in my pricing had changed and the special was not present. When inquiring to the young lady who helped why the price change she advised the change in price was due to me changing dates and the market price was effected. My frustration- this is information that should have been relayed when I asked about changing dates so I could make an informed decision. Part II- I decided to withdraw my application. This was done 08/14/26. At the time I was told it would be 30 days for funds to be reversed electronically. Please explain why we are well past 30 days and today's update was this can take 60 days. What?!? Another pile of misinformation that I received on 08/14 and honestly someone dropped the ball. I do not name drop, but overall very unprofessional. And because this property is AI driven good luck trying to speak with a person outside of the residence team. I asked for a complaint # or contact for the property management Summit and was told there was not one. What this looks like is The Hampton on Jupiter holding monies that should have well been released. I never signed a lease. I withdrew the application. The right thing to do professionally is tell the truth or give consumers correct information. No accountability and using AI to vouch with the issue of not being able to go above to higher management or voice concerns is out of line. Please pay attention and be aware if this is a property you are researching.

  Thearika helped me make the move in process so easy. I appreciate the hard work and politeness from staff would recommend to anybody looking for apartments

  Me and my wife had a tour a couple days ago with Ms. Thearika and she was great and had great knowledge about the apartment and answered any and every question with precision. She also had a packet full of every information we asked about and a cost break down for us to get a gist of what it would look like. Great tour and excited to live here despite other comments.

  Happy I didn’t end up moving in. At first I received good hospitality. The day after I was no importance. Also, they kept my half of the fee charge for an incomplete application. I waited over a week on trying to figure out what was the issue and no resolution to any. Very unprofessional.

  Went and toured this place and honestly I was impressed. The apartment looked even better in person than it did online. Everything was clean, the layout made sense, and it actually felt like somewhere I could see myself living. The updated cabinets and kitchen stove gave it a modern feel. It didn’t feel overcrowded or run down like some of the other places I looked at. Renee showed me around and made the tour easy. Definitely one of the better apartments I’ve seen in my budget!
