  The last thing I want after a bad day is to come home and spend 5 minutes being locked out cuz the door telling me I wrong code. I’ve heard many of neighbors just beating the hell out of their door for the same issue. Did keys go out of style?!

  Sheleen it’s committed to her work lol she walked me to 2 different apartments in her heels! She was very welcoming to me and my son. I wanted to leave a review even if I don’t move into these apartments. They are pretty nice for the most part and is very spacious!

  This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had, and the first one that literally has me counting the days until this hell is over. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I don’t care how attractive the rent seems, you will hate every second here. My first indication not to move here should have been that you will never reach the the staff by phone. Everytime you call, you will speak with an AI voice assistant named Ella. The AI will literally give you totally inaccurate information. The website mentioned washer/dryer connections and when I called, the AI confirmed it. However these apartments don’t have washer and dryer connections. The AI has told me things like the apartments have a walking trail and a tennis court. The AI will tell you whatever you want to hear, and it IS WRONG. Also, the hot water is out several times a month and lasts for weeks! I’ve never in my adult life had to boil water just to bath, until I moved here. It’s inhumane, and they can’t get it together. It’s so frequent that they just ignore any calls/emails about the problem and you won’t know your hot water has been turned back on until you randomly find out by turning the on the faucet. It’s miserable. Next, THE ROACHES. This is the worst infestation I have ever seen in my life. I’ve woken up to roaches crawling on my body, and on the ceiling ready to fall on me. Pest control will not come no matter how many requests you submit. I’ve had to throw away every piece of furniture I had and get rid of my electronics and most of my clothes because they invaded everything. It made sleeping and eating horrible because you can’t leave any food unattended, the roaches will get to it in seconds. Also, the mandatory security system that you have to pay for every month doesn’t work. It’s a $75 per month ‘wi-fi’ charge that does nothing. When asking them, they cannot provide information on how to get it working. The staff ignores any request. No returned calls, or emails, you’re just left to suffer in a roach infested, no hot water hell hole. The so called ‘laundry center’ is also garbage, and will take your money. After so many refund requests because the machines don’t work after paying, they make it impossible to get your money back. These apartments are my biggest regret since moving to Dallas, and I’m just glad this nightmare is finally coming to an end. I could write a book on these apartments, it’s that terrible. Like how they allowed a tenant to have a fire pit and burned an entire building down(pictures attached). Believe the reviews, I wish I did and saved my self a 15 month lease of torture.
