  They refuse to call you back. No matter how many messages you leave. Also, David is rude and I’m surprised you guys allow someone like that to work for you. Glad I cancelled that application

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to take a moment to recognize David Griffin, a leasing agent at the apartments. He has been absolutely great to work with. David is very patient, professional, and genuinely takes the time to listen and answer all of my questions. He never makes me feel rushed or pressured, and he has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I’ve been communicating with David for a while now, and his patience and willingness to help really stand out. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure everything is clearly understood. Thank you, David, for being so helpful, patient, and professional. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment.

  David in the leasing office was so rude. I was there to ask about an apartment because I wanted to rent an apartment there. English is not my mother tongue and he was so rude about that. Saying “did you not understand what I just told you?” So I decided wth that kind of customer service it was better to not rent an apartment there. If you are thinking about renting there and see David. RUN.

  No one ever answers the phone or calls back. I've been calling for 3 days straight. Good luck with getting a hold of a live person!
