  Erica at the leasing office have gone above in service. When I have questions or need order service it was completed in a timely manner. Charly and I are comfortable here and feel safe.

  Ac is still broken dude just basically said sorry it’s just hot you’ll have to deal. Never answers phone and front office help was rude.

  Honestly, would not recommend this place I got a boot on my car twice because we wasn’t made aware during move in we had to register our car on a different company site. Lakewood has a portal where you can register your car, I’m not sure why if we can’t register there that’s so stupid. And we were not compensated for this. One of the leasing agents said there’s nothing she can do. Also, upon move in our oven didn’t work. It’s been two weeks now we still don’t have an oven. This is ridiculous. 3/10 I wished I moved somewhere else.

  DON’T MOVE HERE unless you want to risk having your car windows smashed, your vehicle scratched by your own neighbors, or your tires stabbed with a knife. This place is extremely unsafe and, honestly, the worst place I have ever lived. No one sees anything, there are no security, no proper safety measures, and the management does absolutely nothing even when serious vandalism happens. The police already have reports for the damage done to our vehicles, including the incident that happened today, but the administration does not seem to care at all. Do not be fooled by the advertised rent price of $1,085. You are not saving money by living here trust me, it will end up costing you much more in repairs, stress, and putting your safety at risk. Choose another place. Your safety and your family’s safety are worth much more than a “cheap” monthly rent..

  Ms. Erica was very helpful and so inviting. I also watched her handle an upset resident with so much grace. That’s hard to find in apartment living!
