  I wish I could leave 0 stars. I had the EXACT same experience as Ema, whose review I wish I had read before applying. This place sets you up to steal your money KNOWING YOU WONT QUALIFY BECAUSE THEY LIE BY OMISSION‼️!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to the leasing office for a tour, they ask about your employment so I explained what my current income looks like and KEVA in the leasing office says I only needed to make 3x the rent, and since I drive for Uber my income is verifiable… she explains the application and deposit fees and explained that they keep the $60 and refund the $150 if I’m not approved but that things should go through as long as I make 3x the rent. LIAR!!!! I apply, then JERRICA proceeds to email me asking me for more pay statements from the work I’ve done and repeatedly tells me that I do not meet the income requirements which is confusing because I calculated my income before applying and submitting everything to them… I even included additional income that would take me beyond the requirement but it still wasn’t enough. Mind you, Jerrica is unprofessional in the sense that she intentionally only responds once every 24 hours and does not want to help applicants move forward in a timely manner. No one wanted to answer my questions up front until my application times out! She intentionally waits until your application times out to barely inform you of what to do to move forward. After 2 more days she tells me my income is STILL not enough and asks if I have 12x the rent in savings instead because I’m considered self employed. So I call the office again and ask what’s going on and why my income isn’t enough, what else could I send to prove my income? Keva gives me the run around saying she’ll check with the application specialist and get right back to me. She made it sound so urgent like she understood my situation and we even spoke about our young sons, she made it seem like she could understand why I was persistent about moving forward…. She did not return my call. She in fact ignored me for another 24 hours and did not call back. I called again the next day and when I finally got her on the phone again she first lied and stated that my statements were outdated, when they were not. They were from the exact timeframe that was requested from me…… Then she said everything I included just wasn’t enough, even though I’ve been asking for several days what else I needed to provide, even my child’s SSI wasn’t enough to qualify…. She finally reveals that actually when you’re self employed you have to make 5x the rent or have 12x in savings which she intentionally left out before I applied. She gives this fake apology knowing that I’m fuming at this point because she lied on purpose to keep my $60!!!!!!!!!!!! This entire staff needs to be terminated and the building should be run under new management. You are a bunch of criminals running a crime scheme against unsuspecting and unqualified applicants. Even if you don’t think they will qualify you still need to give the applicant clear expectations before they make a decision based on what you are telling them. PLEASE, YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF THIEVES ARRANGING HOW TO SCAM UNQUALIFIED APPLICANTS BY OMITTING ACCURATE QUALIFYING INFORMATION!! That is against the law and against fair housing standards to lie so that you can keep someone’s fee!. You must be up front and non discriminating about requirements!!!

  All the 5 stars that they have is because they ask residents at the very beginning to rate them but actually the worst experience I ever had in my life was living there, managers have no manners and no respect to residents at all. Complex is not clean, maintenance is not even existed.

  The crew at this apartment are friendly and very approachable. They made the process clear and easy, and kept a level of professionalism that made me feel like I’m in good hands. They were on top with responding to my emails and inquiries and kept me up to date on my status of the apartment as I was moving in. They work with you and I appreciate the sense of community they portrayed. My agent, Keva, was exceptional and I felt like she went above and beyond helping me get a place here and working with my situation!

  I’ve never posted a google review before, but after this experience, I will do my first one. If you would have asked me 3 days ago, I may have given this place 1 star. A miscommunication led to my apartment, last minute(2 days prior to my move in), not being ready until the 15th of the month when my move in day was the 3rd. I had everything booked, my uhaul packed, flights for my family booked to help, the whole thing. BUT, I arrived the 3rd anyway and started working in person with Ashley and I can’t say enough good things about her. She went out of her way to find a way to make things work for me. We had so many curveballs, but she was constantly communicating, she made options happen for me, and even helped me carry boxes up to my apt. Everyone working in the complex became very familiar with my situation and were also on board to help me out (very sweet group of people). Ashley is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and she is a hardworking, miracle-making, angel. I have no idea what it’s like living here yet, but based on the level of effort I received from the beginning, I imagine only good things.

  I have lived here for a long time, and the transformation has been significant—green areas, security cameras, The Gate Wise system is always working, The laundry rooms, always clean—thanks also to the lady who does that work. The parking area, spacious and clea, and it is a safe place that offers quality housing to our needs. A few days ago, they Hoste a pool party for residents, and everything was great—the food and drinks. Thanks to the leader lucy, and to the entire team DeeDee, Deva, Draper. Thank you!
