  If I could give negative stars I would. My experience at these apartments were very bad. I just moved from over there about 3 weeks ago and I have my car broken into, I reached out to code compliance 2 times in the spend of 1 month, I had a bird infection in my roof, the epoxy was damaged and everything sticked to it all around the apartment, real bad roaches, my a/c went out 3 times with in 4 months apart. Lastly they were aware of everything that was happened the did not want to handle it. They also stated that if we move out on your lease end date which is the 5 of the month we still would have to pay the full next month balance along with an extra $200 and also the ending service fees. They are by far the worst apartment ever they don’t have cameras. The have security but all they do is stsy by one of their cars and talk and smoke not securing anything. Literally yall it was very bad. The office clerks even had attitudes once you do your application they are nice but once you become a resident they don’t treat u well. They were just faking being nice to get people in the apartments.

  The hot water is out again for the third time this year. They’ve always been hard to get ahold of but with the new ai “ella” you will never contact a real person via phone again. The pools haven’t been cleaned since the WINTER, it’s July and all the pools are dark green.

  Buffy was so incredibly helpful to me! Toured a beautiful apartment home and she even looked hard for the best deal she could find for me. Awesome staff and good prices!

  The leasing company is friendly, professional, and dependable. They respond promptly to inquiries and provide timely updates. Highly recommended - you won’t regret the experience.

  Formal resident: Im writing this due to their unprofessional conduct and LIES! This place is definitely top 3 worst places to live. First week living here I was locked out of my place for two hrs because maintenance was “out” (drunk). DPD just happens to be patrolling and literally POPPED THE LOCK TO THE FRONT DOOR! because it was so unsecured. He Also had to call and make the maintenance guy come. They never fix any thing but close out your request as if they did the work. My car was towed after asking for corporates number & note my car was registered. I gave a written letter to vacate (after being told they no longer wanted to rent to me due to becoming upset because the towing company they chose had no information on my vehicle. Took Police officers 4 hrs to locate my vehicle which was an hr away) they charged me 3 months of rent & late fees although I already vacated the property and given proof I was no longer there & living out of state at the time. Fast forward today, they have added this faulty charge to my credit and rental history. All while under a complete different management company ( 4th one since I’ve know of this place) the price may be nice but living here will be HELL RUNNNNNNN!!!
