  I am a board member of a condo managed by Somerset. Do not use this company. For years, they told the other board members, and they even told me that basic management was not their responsibilities. I demanded to see the contract once I became active to understand what we were paying them to do and found out they were lying to us all this time. Once confronted, they continue to gaslight us even though they have not performed most of the requirements of the contracts for years and continue not to do so. The property has suffered immensely because of their lack of management. It is a fight every time we ask them to do the actual requirements of the contract. Absolutely exhausting. As an owner, I just lost a tenant because they have not done what we have paid them to do. There is no transparency, and gaslight and deception is the way they do business. We are dealing with the Somerset president and it is an absolute nightmare, the problem is at all levels - it is not an individual person, it is just how they operate. I reached out to Associa and cannot reach anyone. Just avoid Somerset and Associa.
