  There are cockroaches by the millions. I haven't been able to stay in my apartment for a month, and now the A/C unit has broken down; they tell me they'll replace it in two weeks. I have two children, and the apartment is uninhabitable. I haven't been able to sleep for two nights, and their response was just to fumigate again—even though I told them I have two children; they offered to let me go to the office while they did it. They don't care about anyone's health.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will over charge you for move out fees I paid 1,000 security deposit & was charged over 600$ for regular wear & tear. Not to mention they have been constantly making excuses about giving me my refund check! The corporate office is So unprofessional & very nonchalant! Worst apartments ive ever lived in they really took advantage of me as a first time renter

  I lived here for a year. Before you move in, they treat you great, but once you start, it's terrible. The garbage collection and waste management are awful, and the service at the office is pathetic. On top of that, when you decide to leave, besides being treated terribly, they take all the money they can from you. They'll make up any excuse to get you to pay a ton of money for things that don't even exist. In conclusion, don't come here.

  Really good place to live!!! Very happy to be here!! Always take care of me really well!! About the dumpsters people please don’t live the trash around the dumpster!!
