  Tengo viviendo 2 años aquí en un apartamento de dos recámaras. Me acabo de mover a uno de una recámara.y el proceso fue muy rápido para transferirme a uno de una recámara esta área es muy calmada lo que me gustó es que también tengo el parque a dos minutos de los apartamentos y puedo llevar a mis perritos es una área muy bonita y tranquila. Se los recomiendo

  I’ve really enjoyed living at San Mateo Forest. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The staff is friendly and responsive, always quick to help with any questions or maintenance needs.

  BEWARE!!!!!!!! These reviews are misleading and don’t believe the number of 5-star ratings that they have received- they are either bought or made by the complex themselves. My experience was completely the opposite, staff were unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. At one point, I was even asked for my personal email password so they could check my account after they claimed to have sent messages that were never received, which is completely inappropriate. Additionally, my full deposit was not returned despite complying with all move-out requirements and leaving the unit in better condition than when I moved in. There should be a option to leave 0 stars.

  Me and my family moved in about week ago and by far these are the most maintained property we’ve lived in. Carolina it’s a great person, she helped make my move in process fast and easy. The property is really clean from inside and out, calm neighbors which is a plus. I hope they stay like this as well as Carolina making everything run smoothly so I can keep renewing my contract each time so I can live here for life .
