Jose and Laura are fantastic to work with. They’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. I highly recommend Saddle Brook to anyone looking for a beautiful and safe community!

The property is well maintained, the grounds are kept clean, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and peaceful. I especially want to recognize the leasing managers, Cyndi and Laura. They have both been incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive from the very beginning. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or simply greeting residents with a smile, they consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in making this community a great place to live. A great management team makes all the difference, and Cyndi and Laura are a big reason why I’ve enjoyed my experience here. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place where the staff truly cares about its residents.
