Having previously lived at the Rienzi at Turtle Creek, when I decided to move back to Dallas - it was the only place I would consider. The recently renovated building and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Originally built as condos, it is extremely quiet. Prime location - close to the Katy Trail, parks, shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities. The courtyard, pool and gym offer a place to relax and work out without leaving the premises. Community events provide an avenue to meet people. The entire staff and management go above and beyond to make sure any issues are handled quickly and professionally. Concierge and valet parking provide that extra touch.

We've enjoyed living at Rienzi for the past 1 1/2 years. Management, Concierge and Maintenance teams are very friendly and responsive. The gym has new and modern equipment. Multiple upgrades were recently completed including landscaping and pool area. One of the best things about it is the diversity of age of residents. You have the 25 year olds up to the 70+ year olds and everyone is very friendly. We were concerned about noise moving from a house to an apartment as part of our retirement transition, but the building is solid. We never heard neighbor noise, which was a pleasant surprise. Although there is a bit of construction in the area at the moment, the location can't be beat, with Reverchon Park and the Katy Trail only one block away. The only reason we're moving is because we are moving out of state. We've made friendships that we will carry with us!
I have lived at Rienzi for about 2 years now and have had a wonderful time. The concierge staff is always very helpful and friendly! It’s nice to see them especially when I come in at odd hours due to my work schedule. Management sends frequent updates regarding construction and community improvements. The maintenance crew has been very helpful and timely, especially Michael!

I just completed one year of living at Rienzi and renewed my lease. The fixtures in the apartments are of high quality and the building is very well maintained. Particularly, the common areas such as the hallways, the gym etc are cleaned regularly and issues, as they arise, are resolved promptly. The leasing and concierge staff are pleasant and make you feel at home. The 24-hour concierge is also a great feature. I almost never hear my neighbors, which is quite nice, although the construction around the area makes it a little noisy sometimes. I work from home a lot of days and generally feel quite comfortable doing so. I like the location due to proximity to my work, parks, and the many restaurant offerings. The surrounding area is quite nice and I strongly prefer the walkability which seems rare in the general Dallas area and beyond. Rent and utility prices are reasonable given what you get. I would gladly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a nice apartment in the uptown area.
It was challenging finding an apartment in Uptown after decades in North Dallas, but the Rienzi turned out to be a great fit. While it's a little over my initial budget, the location, amenities, space, and services have worked out nicely for me.
