  I was in need of a bedroom house, Miata was extremely sweet and helped the process go smooth. She took the time to keep me updated on my application for the house I really wanted. Although the results didn't come out the way she and I wanted them to, Miata did go go above and beyond and for that, my experience with progress residential was nothing short of amazing. I would say she's collaborative, dedicated, pursuing excellence and respectful. If she's over your case, you'll be in the best of hands. If the opportunity were to come back around to get a house, I got her number on speed dial 🙂🙂🙂 Thanks so much!

  April H was very kind and friendly; she explained to me thoroughly of all important information I needed to know concerning my move in to a Progress Residential Property. All of my questions were answered in a friendly professional manner and I was advised to reach out if I have any further questions or concerns regarding my leasing property with Progress Residential.

  While our application process was a little tricky due to being on a weekend, once the lease was signed everything has been smooth. Shout out to Michael Trimble for helping smooth things out and for additional information. Shout out to Bill Bird for an easy to understand explanation of move in requirements and information. Looking forward to being a resident with Progress!

  I am TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED in this house and the service that I have received since being here I have a 1 year lease and it’s not up until July and we have had a service order in every month since we have been here and each time it takes 3 weeks before someone can come out and the issue still seems to remain we have electrical problems and they still haven’t resolved these issues not only that we were supposed to have an emergency call for my refrigerator that’s been out and they have yet to come out and it’s 5:45pm there are so many problems until I can’t even list everything because I can’t remember everything but this is nerve wrecking and on top of it all they want to raise my rent if I resign another lease

  I have been with Progress for a year and I would say it has been ok, I love the home but I need to find something a little less expensive, so I decided I wanted to stay with them just find a cheaper home. They have a home transfer dept that does not speak with customers directly only thru email. I must say this process has been frustrating and confusing to say the least. They have an AI that responds to you with limited intelligence, so the conversation is more one-sided. Not to mention you have to wait until someone contacts you in order to reserve the home. While in this process I have also noticed that they change their rent prices almost daily and not for the good.... The house I was interested in 1st they raised the rent $50 in a day within a week in a half it went from 1770 to 1890. I am not sure I understand why they does this and so often. The 2nd house I looked at, the day after I called to initiate the transfer the house had went up $70. I am not sure how this is legal seems like trying to get over on people.
