Unless you like mold and bugs and maintenance taking a month or more to fix things. UPDATE: I am adding pictures of the mold found under the carpet since they want to lie and say it wasn’t there.

Due to credit issues we didn't get in and they won't except a year worth of rent up front or 6 months . He has the credit just not 3x the rent and I have 3x times the rent in my wallet. We need help
