  Working with PMI Pegasus was very delightful! Having served on an HOA board, we had dealt with many different management companies that could not meet our needs. When we started business with PMI, being on the board was much easier as PMI allows for boards to focus on the property and not feel like we have to juggle everything ourselves. I recommend PMI to anyone who is interested in making their lives easier!

  As a Board member, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with PMI Pegasus. They’ve brought much-needed organization and transparency to our community. Specifically, their violation reporting is significantly better—more consistent, professional, and easier to track than our previous management. It’s a relief to work with a proactive team that truly understands the needs of an HOA. Highly recommend!
