  These are the guys that they warn you about when you are looking to rent a house. They make up every fee they can, take zero care of their property, flat out lie in conversations with you (but it's not on paper so good luck proving they did), and are impossible to contact even on the best of days. You'll feel better cared for living under a bridge. Couldn't recommend passing on working with them more.

  I leased my house for a few years with PMI. I was going to leave after a year because Jeff was very inconsistent in answering any questions. I stuck with him because it was just easier. I have finally terminated my business with him because he does not respond in a timely fashion and does not have his clients best interests in mind. Look elsewhere.

  I recently engaged this agency for my rental property in, Plano, TX, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to address issues, there have been significant shortcomings: - Poor marketing during the notice period. - Weeks of delay in listing after tenant vacated. - Lack of professional photography.Subpar quality of marketing photos. Incorrect photo ordering on listing sites. - Unresponsiveness to rent adjustment requests. - Ignored communication until contract termination was mentioned and still not responding properly. This has led to a two-month struggle to secure a tenant, resulting in substantial income loss. Still no line of sight!
