  Before I explain why I don't like this complex I'd like to say that Joseph is a good leasing agent and has great customer service and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have thought to move here.... BUT when it comes to management this is the WORST apartment complex to live at! 1st My work car got towed when I registered it, the tow company never sent an email saying don't park there until further notice like they did my other cars plus my car has been in the parking lot for 2 weeks yet has never been touched till then. I called the H4 towing and they said it was up to the office to approve it so I called the office it turns out my car has been in their system for TWO WEEKS and no one thought to approve it until I said something and now even though it's not my fault the car got towed they refused to reimburse me!!!! 2nd The gates to get in is always broken, definitely the front gate has been broken for weeks, which makes me feel unsafe because anybody can just walk up in the complex.

  Last Saturday, I Had a great time at the bagels and mimosas event hosted by the apartment staff! Everything was well organized, the food and drinks were great, and it was a wonderful way to connect with neighbors. The team truly makes residents feel appreciated — thank you for such a thoughtful event!

  I don't usually write reviews but after touring with the manager Tory, I had to come give the flowers where were they are due. She was so professional and accommodating. Great clean property and I will definitely be leasing with them.

  When I went to tour these apartments I met Tory and she was AMAZING so amazing that we chatted for like what seemed like hours. She was very friendly and she explained everything to me sometimes twice. She was so patient with me. I love her.

  If I could give his place zero stars it would be too many. Pike west? More like pike pest! cockroaches, ants, some unidentified bugs, their maintenance took 3 months to fix a hole in the kitchen that was there when I moved in, the walls are poorly insulted so I could hear everything my neighbors did. Stay away from this place!
