  I’ve had a great experience living at Pike West Commerce Apartments. The community is in a convenient location, and I really appreciate how comfortable and welcoming the property feels. Ms Tory & Beth has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Pike West Commerce Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live in Dallas.

  Tory was great! She was so sweet, helpful, and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. I really enjoyed working with Tory and appreciate how welcoming she was. Definitely a great experience!

  I had my baby shower here this past weekend August 29th. Everything was booked in a timely manner. The brunette woman working that day was everything but pleasant. She could be seen walking in and out of my baby shower in athletic clothing, pestering the host about how much time we had left and that we HAD to be out and cleaned by 5pm. She didn't come in once, she came in and interrupted multiple times. It was very tasteless and made my special day, myself, and my guests feel rushed and insignificant to her. As an aggrement was signed during reserving the space, of course we were aware of the time frame. Which made me feel as though whatever plans she had after were of more importance than celebrating my family and our unborn son. She even locked the doors without checking to make sure the space was cleared, which resulted in locking my husband inside. I did not catch her name, but very tasteless indeed. I've never felt so unwelcome.

  I've absolutely loved the past seven months of living here. First of all, the staff is exceptional nice, Beth is always extremely helpful and attentive to any concerns we've had and outside of that she is friendly when we see her around. She's gracefully answered the many questions I've had. Maintenance is always super quick and easily contacted and we've had minimal issues, Tino is the best!

  I always experience with my property manager Tory. She is professional, responsive, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is taken care of. She communicates clearly, follows through on what she says, and always makes me feel like my concerns are heard and valued. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I truly appreciate everything she does.
