  I’ve lived here now for a little over a month and wow is all I have to say! The community is well kept, quiet and clean. Living near the farmers market has been so nice. Also, Axam made the leasing process so seamless and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled in a timely manner. That meant so much to me being as though I was moving across the country, and the biggest thing was I was signing a lease without ever touring the apartment building personally. Even though I had many calls to Axam with questions, he held a friendly and enthusiastic chat with me, never making me feel I was a bother.

  I love my new unit at Pearl Lofts. It has everything I could want or need with great amenities, appliances, a beautiful view of downtown Dallas and the farmers market, and excellent staff that are always willing and able to help me when I need it. If you’re looking for a place in close proximity to downtown that still guarantees safety and security I would absolutely consider Pearl Lofts. Axam has helped me tremendously along the way but you can’t go wrong working with any of the great staff at this property.

  I love my Pearl Lofts! It’s been great, and the amenities are all very nice. The staff is great as well. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

  Big Thanks to Ja’Lee, Axam, Jackie, and Sam for making my experience with Pearl Lofts nothing short of amazing. I’m in love with my new place and can’t wait to create happy memories here.

  Iʻm a month in and love living at Pearl Lofts! Axam was great throughout the leasing process, the staff and residents are friendly, itʻs clean and the farmers market/shed is so convenient!
