  Best place I have lived in. Beware, I chose this place originally because there was a previous review about how quiet the party walls were, but they are similar to any new construction multi-family build. You can hear the shower for the unit next door. Exterior walls, however, have a great STC rating and cancel the traffic noise well. If you don't plan on listening to music in your small, portable JBL speaker, this is the perfect place.

  BEST place to rent in Dallas. Felt much more like living in a condo than an apartment. Management is too notch. I’m seriously bummed that personal circumstances forced me to move out. Aside from the beautiful units and the friendly community, the staff truly made this place "home" for four years. I absolutely LOVED living at PF. I commend the management for maintaining a wonderful community. The entire team from maintenance to leasing is exceptional. They keep the place in tip top shape and make each resident feel like part of the family. Of all the staff, I got to know Monses and Jackie in the leasing office the most. These two are the best and the reason I would live here again. Best place to rent in Dallas. Hands down.

  Flawless condominium community. Concrete framing separating each unit so soundproofing is legit. Leasing office is simple and to the point, floorpans are mid-century modern with new upscale appliances you don't see in regular high-end apartments. 3 minutes walking to Preston Hollow Village, and the staff is very friendly and personable. 24 hr P90X streaming on large screen in gym. Upscale living experience indeed.
