  Avoid this apartment complex at all costs – management is completely useless I have submitted multiple maintenance requests for a severe roach infestation. These disgusting roaches are crawling everywhere in my apartment, including on me in the middle of the night. Management’s response? They repeatedly mark my requests as “completed” without ever entering my unit, inspecting the problem, or providing any pest treatment whatsoever. This is dishonest, lazy, and unacceptable. I pay rent every month on time, yet I’m forced to live in filthy conditions while management pretends the issue doesn’t exist. Closing tickets without doing the actual work shows zero respect for residents and creates serious health and sanitation risks. I have photos of the roaches and full documentation of the fake “completed” maintenance requests. If you expect management that actually cares about basic habitability and pest control, do not rent here. This place is a nightmare. Residents deserve better than empty promises and ignored complaints. Think twice before signing a lease.

  Honestly, I was interested in moving my family to this property, but I changed my mind after reading the comments. I would like to thank everyone who shared their feedback on this complex, as I found nothing but negative reviews.

  Apartment are nice, though when moving in there was a lot of left over trash in the apartment. Pest control every week if needed is great. Maintenance is pretty good, but the one maintenance worker, Anthony Andrews, is spectacular. He always gets things done efficiently and in a timely manner while being very polite and kind.

  I had a great experience touring this apartment complex! Elijah and Yvette were both incredibly helpful, welcoming, and informative. They answered all of my questions and made the entire process feel easy, convenient, and stress-free. The leasing team was so kind and professional, and they really made me feel comfortable throughout the tour. I'm excited about my upcoming move-in and hoping everything continues to go just as smoothly. If so, I definitely won't have any reason to update this review! Five stars from me so far. Thank you, Elijah and Yvette, for such a great experience!
