  This complex is beautiful! I love the modern feel to everything and the interiors are well kept. Other then a few communication blips with the administration staff the whole process has been easy as well. Highly recommend.

  The application process was a little slower than expected and had a few weird quirks, but the staff was very friendly and the apartment itself is great.

  Our application and lease agreement were finalized right on time. We were so excited—we could hardly sleep—about moving into a new, clean, and safe space. The communication via email was excellent, and the service was outstanding.

  As a new tenant, I found the application process straightforward, though the waiting time was considerable. Naturally, since the apartment complex is new and clean, there is high demand, keeping the staff quite busy; however, everything was finalized just in time for my move-in. I look forward to living here safely and securely. Thank you to the staff for their diligence in processing our application.

  Tiffany was AMAZING from my  initial phone call. She explained everything well and walked me through the process. When I finally arrived to the complex she was just as friendly in person as she was over the phone. She gave me the tour and I fell in love with the location, complex, and my actual apartment. I love how you can feel a sense of “community”  there. They have “meet & greet luncheons” once a month and I’m looking forward to that as well. Tiffany also talked to my mom via FaceTime during my tour and all my mom could say was, “how comfortable she felt” and was happy I chose One90. Once again THANK YOU for all of your help and I look forward to having a great stay at One90.
