  I had a very disappointing experience during what was supposed to be a scheduled apartment tour. I was genuinely interested in becoming a future tenant, but the interaction left me feeling like my business was not valued. What bothered me most was the lack of flexibility or effort to work with me as a prospective resident. I understand that availability and leasing policies vary, but the way the situation was handled made me feel as though my circumstances were not even worth considering. I was looking for an October move in date on a September apartment and they said they would not accommodate a 30 day hold, which is standard most places. It feels greedy and money hungry of them, even though there was more than one of the apartment layouts available. I ultimately left feeling that this complex was not interested in earning my business. The experience was disappointing and I could only imagine what it would be like to be a resident there…

  Happy to call this hidden gem my home! Martha has been so helpful from the beginning! Process was smooth and easy! Staff is amazing and welcoming!

  Did a quick tour as I just wanted to see the inside of the place. Alma was great and so helpful. Love how quiet and most residents have been there for many many years. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful each time I’ve spoken with them. I went back after hours and spoke to a resident who had moved to one of the units that had an amazing view. He definitely helped me make my decision on where to live. Would highly recommend based on my many interactions and visiting.

  Just took a tour and filling out my application! Martha is a lovely presence, very helpful and seems so productive. Even as she navigated helping me and multiple others coming in, her attitude stayed positive. She was very warm welcoming and I am so excited to move in! Amenities are great and an amazing skyline view from the pool. Edit: Update:: My application was approved with conditions! Yay! I am so many steps closer to my dream apartment and great floorplan. Finalizing the lease as we speak.
