  My lease states that my monthly rent is $1,270, and I always pay my rent on time. However, at the end of each month, I end up paying much more because new charges keep being added for one reason or another. This month, my total payment was $1,436.10, even though my rent is only $1,270. I don’t understand why my monthly bill continues to increase with additional fees. Despite these extra charges, the service is poor, management is not helpful, and parking is a constant problem because there are not enough spaces for residents. For the amount I am paying, I could easily rent a newer, cleaner apartment in the same area with much better service and management. If you are considering renting here, make sure you ask for a complete breakdown of all monthly fees before signing a lease. The advertised rent is not necessarily what you will actually pay every month

  I lived there one year i left on 22nd April now its27 july i never received my deposit i went there 19 times for to pick up my check they said they cut the check but never received. Brazoas is a kon artist company they dont gave back the deposit even i lives in there sister property Helios for 5 years same tired of keep going to colect my deposit check i have to complain the better business bureau

  Me robaron dinero en una aplicación (Junio 2025) porque las otras personas a cargo fueron unas ladronas e ineotas. Lo raro es que ahi anda sueltas, porque hasta donde pude ver robaron a otra gente (Eso me dijo otra señora). Procedí a traer las pruebas que pudieron y todavía sigo esperando el pago hasta marzo 2026... No se vayan de boca. Aca esta gente no paga si otra se roba el dinero. Aún así, aca voy a seguir viniendo hasta que paguen
