  This property has been as amazing as it has so far to me only because of the leasing agent , Eric. Eric has great customer service and has been able to work through any questions I have and help me figure them out not only correctly but , in a timely manner as well. The day of my move in my unit was set for the exact way and time it was supposed to be and what kept me from getting frustrated was the customer service from Eric. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the faces that come through that door and about making peoples experiences great. So far living here there has never been a time I don’t actively see him doing something to make the property better. Something like picking up trash in the hall when he’s giving a tour or simply just saying hello to peoples dogs too when they come in a room. A person like this is a person you want to represent a company. Giving 5 stars for his outstanding work ethic.

  Trash place , awful staff, and constant extremely loud explicit music and weed smoking . NOT A FAMILY PLACE! Edit-sep 8 - It's funny they respond to negative reviews apologizing because the management won't respond and do nothing about any issues or needs when you email or try and call them.

  Terrible new resident experience. Not only was there zero parking available before starting the tour but they told me I just needed to sit in my car and wait until something opened up or reschedule because thats “simply how it works”. Not only that but the lady on the phone laughed about it. Zero consideration for someone that works and has to find an apt around that schedule. If you are not going to manage your future resident parking correctly, then don’t have any so you can manage expectations. Will not continue considering this one purely based on this experience. Barvin- reconsider you management here.

  I am saddened that I have to write this because I used to love living here but it has gone downhill drastically. Ever since they went under new management it seems like everything that could go wrong has gone wrong! The lack of attentiveness to maintaining the property, cleanliness, safety, and customer service no longer exists. Today (8/4/26) I was taking a walk around the building and saw 2 people who live across the street in a trailer house/trap house walk confidently into the building with no key fob!! Followed them down the hallway to discover this isn’t there first time they came to steal packages, fill their water bottle and steal from the mini market by the mailroom. Told the office immediately and they called the police but this shouldn’t happen ever. I was told that they had disabled locks to help delivery drivers have access to the building. Unacceptable. The other leasing agent said this must by why the market is so low stocked every time. The leasing manager said it costs $10k to repair the key fob locks?? Like this is optional or too expensive to prioritize. I am already moving out thankfully but this should never happen bc it’s completely preventable. This was not the case the prior years I lived here.
