  I lived here for three years. I didn't mind the place. The maintence crew was fast and good, they allow bigger dogs, and overall my apt was nice. They even had some fun events occasionally. Howeverer, management/staff is constantly changing and never call back or return emails from that one they keep putting in all the google review comments. They also have a ridiculous amount of fees and and rules that are always changing. Even charging for guest parking. I was one day late on rent for the first time and they tacked on a huge fee and entered my apt to put a note inside threatening eviction. I have them on my doggie cam telling my dog to "get back". I also have yet to receive my pet deposit back. I got a final statement saying that I would and then they later added fees to my account for problems I noted on my sheet at move in and they applied my deposit to those. When I call, I just get told they are new and I'll get a call back from a manager which has not once happened. Seems like others have said, they don't like to give money back so I am now working on a small claim petition. It's ridiculous.

  I have only been here a week and the roaches are out of control I can’t even use my dishwasher because of the roaches and now they are getting into my refrigerator. Overall I love the layout of my apartment but at this point I would like to transfer to another unit cause honestly I don’t think this apartment was move in ready

  Lo peor de Dallas es este complex, sobretodo atención a futuros residentes, me aprobaron desde el 18 de julio, fui 3 veces a firmar contrato y nunca estuvo listo el apto. Quedaron de entregármelo el viernes 31 de julio. Y aún estoy esperando la llamada. Son irresponsables a 1000%

  The property is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. Angel was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service!
