  The property is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. Angel was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service!

  I just find it insane how in this heat the apartment wont get colder than 76-78 On a not hot day it doesn’t not get colder than 73 I’ve reported it to maintenance and they were only able to open my vents and close other ones and say that i was lucky i even have some air flow because other town homes dont even have air. Its been nothing but problem after problem since we moved in. Update today our apt went up to 79 honestly this is unacceptable with 2 small kids at home

  Por favor piénsenlo bien antes de mudarse es lo peor que he visto en mi vida , sucio lleno de gatos que rompen la basura los departamentos llenos de cucarachas hacen caso omiso a tus solicitudes de mantenimiento todo está maquillado cuando quieres aplicar la atención es de primero ya luego que muerdes el anzuelo olvídate te pudres ahí sin contar el vandalismo frecuente que hay mi carro 2 veces le rompieron el vidrio aparte el cobre de los servicios es excesivo no es por tu consumo es por consumo de la unidad completa luz agua gas así q si tu trabaja todo el día y tienes vecinos que están todo el día en ecasanoagaras por el servicio de ellos también la Adm cambia todos los días hay alguien nuevos así que tu información nunca llegará piénselo lonlamentaran

  Perimeter servicio cambian de personal cada rato dan information mal y se excusan porque son Nuevo la martha una persona grocera pesima siempre de mal humor la pool ta cerrada los aires con ezte calor y no sirven..... No alquilen aunque les den segun meses gratis no sirven hay cucarachad donde sea los de mantenimiento nunca te areglan nada persima aministracion

  My wife and I have lived here for 6 months now and we have had a wonderful experience thus far. The staff at the leasing office are to be highly commended. AB and Michael have looked after us so well. Any maintenance issue is responded to swiftly and there have been no long-standing issues. Great experience, thank you, and long may it continue :)
