  These apartments are awful. They charge you for valet trash pick up every month but never pick up the trash. The trash in the dumpster always spilling over onto the road, major eye soar to residents and guest. We’ve seen rats and mice near our front door! The landscaping is overgrown. The people in the office are not helpful. They just hear your complaint and don’t change anything. The summers are hot! AC is always breaking down or barely blowing cold air. They don’t want to spend any money and everyone is leaving. I’ve seen many units around me go vacant. Terrible way to do business. Unless management changes these apartments are probably going to continue to get worse. They’re letting anyone move in to them and not enforcing any rules. Total waste of money.

  I have lived in Lakeridge heights Apts for years, the last four since Clearworth Residential took over have been awful. The HVAC system has broken so many times that often we don't have cooling in the summer or heat in the winter for days at a time. A couple of years ago the central boiler system broke and we had no heat or hot water for three weeks in February!! I have had to purchase a personal indoor air conditioner to keep temperature comfortable in summers and two radiant heaters to keep my unit warm in the winter. In the last four years we have had 7-8 different managers, more than a dozen assistant managers and 7-8 different maintenance men. My apt currently has mold in it so bad it has been effecting my health. I now have to move out to protect my health. see pictures of mold attached.

  This apartment complex is a JOKE! Throughout my 2 years of living here the ac didn’t work for over a combined total of 4 months. My garbage disposal took one year to get replaced. The management and staff here is a disgrace. I am moving out and have sent my new landlord their information for a rental history verification and it took 2 weeks to get back, at which point the new landlord moved on to a new client. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t reply to emails, they are never at the leasing office, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! You are better off staying in a motel. The cockroaches run rampant and there’s bed bugs in many apartments.

  After living in this apartment complex for approximately one year, I feel it is necessary to express my serious concern regarding the obvious neglect of the areas surrounding buildings 8737, 8763 The difference between the areas near the leasing office and the areas in the back of the property is impossible to ignore. While the pool located near the office is consistently clean and well maintained, the pool in the back is in completely different condition. The water appears green, there is dirt and rocks inside the pool, the walls show visible buildup, and the entire surrounding area looks neglected. It gives the impression that this facility is not receiving the maintenance it requires. The condition of the grass and common areas nearby is equally concerning. The grass is allowed to grow excessively tall for extended periods, creating an environment where insects and pests can thrive. It is common to encounter large cockroaches, including flying cockroaches, when walking to vehicles or passing through these areas. This directly impacts the comfort and quality of life of residents. What is most disappointing is that maintenance appears to be focused primarily on the areas visible to visitors and prospective tenants, while the sections where many residents actually live continue to deteriorate. All residents pay to live in this community and deserve the same level of care and maintenance, regardless of whether an area is visible from the leasing office. Management should conduct regular inspections throughout the entire property and take immediate action to address these conditions. This is not simply an appearance issue; it is a matter of cleanliness, safety, proper maintenance, and respect for the residents who live here. And before receiving the usual response asking residents to contact the office by phone or email, I would like to point out that what residents need is not another automated reply or request to reach out. What is needed is immediate action. The back pool needs to be cleaned and properly maintained, and the grass in these areas needs to be cut and maintained on a regular basis. The best response management can provide is not another email, but visible improvements that address the issues residents have been dealing with for far too long.
